This pill is Re Methylphen. expiration was 7/30/2010 as per pharmacy. Does this really expire? ## It doesn't get dangerous, if that's what you're asking, but yes, it can lose potency and will not work as well as it did, when it was new. Thus, you may want to speak to your doctor about getting a new prescription. Are there any other questions or comments?

I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?

small blue pill marked with 4853 and a V, is Oxycontin. I was just perscribed a bottle of 60 and unless Oxybutynin is oxycontin also, you are wrong. ## 4853V is 5mgs of Oxybutynin, a generic for Ditropan, used to help control urinary frequency and incontinence. ## 4853 with a cursive v on the bottom is a 30mg oxy. are they discontinuing the drug ## No such information has been released by the FDA, however, there are areas that have had problems getting a supply of it in to fill customer prescriptions. Have you talked to your doctor about an alternative you can use in the meantime?

Are they supposed to be dark blue or light blue? ## I haven't seen any photographs of this pill to verify, but the product description by Epic Pharma (its manufacturer) just denotes them as being "blue" and doesn't get any more specific than that. I normally take ibuprofen to take the edge off impacted bowels. laxatives of every type I've taken. Only thing that helps the pain is vicadan/valium but I'm out. I have tevas blue pill and I was wondering if one pill would help? I don't have IBS like doctors say (just a bandaide diagnosis) I do not believe in. I was infected with giardia and irradicated however cousin "blastocystis" exists. I have symptoms of swelling, dysentary, irrative bowel movements'major gas, rumbling of stomach, pounding like sledge hammer on colon. I found a pill with a N on one side and nothing on the other. Someone told me this was morphine. ???? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description happens to be Morphine (30mg), however, this pill appears redish in color with the number "30" imprinted on the other side: imageshack.us/photo/my-images/831/img0051t.jpg It could just be the camera lighting of the photo, but others have regarded this pill as being dark purple in color (perhaps quite similar to blue).
