the pill is in a personal plastic holder the ones you have to peel the back off and push the pill out it has no markings what so ever any ideas? ## Did you ever figure it out ? I found the exact same thing and can't find anything on it ## Hello, First I would like to ask if there is anything written on the plastic holder? What you have found is likely a vitamin, supplement or dietary pill of some sort. The reason I do not believe that this pill is a controlled medication is because the FDA requires that all controlled medication be marked or imprinted for identification purposes. Due to the large number of these types of items on the market it would be very difficult to single out one based off of shape and color alone. Especially through the internet with not much to go off of. If ...

I have a black pill in the same shape and sizeas a oxycontin 60 except with no imprints. My wifes friend says its a morphine 100 and they ran out of her usual brand and gave her these. ## Hello, Brian! How are you? If there are no markings on it, it is not a legal U.S. prescription tablet. They are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. It is most likely some type of over the counter product, although there is a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Is she claiming to have received this from her pharmacy? The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Verwon,I appreciate your ...

I found a pill bottle in my house full of these. They have no markings on them, and they are a bit powdery. They kind of resemble the 'black snake' fireworks, but I know for a fact that they are not. I'm thinking it might be carbon, but I got no idea. ## With no markings and going by that description, some type of carbon/charcoal would be my best guess as well. Learn more activated carbon details here. If you look at the images on Google, there are some that look exactly like that. It's hard to be certain with any product like this though, so the best thing you can actually do would be to dispose of them. What type of bottle was it? A pharmacy bottle? And if so, was it one of the older glass ones?

I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Is there a chance you could have someone else glance at the pill to see if they can make out the full imprint? Thanks!

Please identify ## I also found a small black pill with L1 what is it??? ## Small round black and smooth with L1 or LI is normally an iron supplement taken usually by those with an iron deficiency or anemic people. ## The closest I have been able to find, so far, is a brown tablet distributed by Topco Associates, which they list as being brown and containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I was not able to find described as being black. Braun, is that possibly an over the counter supplement? Does anyone else know?

I found a round black pill in my daughter's room, it has a score mark on one side and what looks almost like a capital C or U on the other side, but more like a square that is missing one side. I have done a lot of searching but I can not find out what it is.

I found a white pill it's small and the thing on it is a capital l the L is black ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? It's hard to confirm this, since they are over the counter products, but from what I've found so far, they appear to be 81mg Aspirin tablets, which is the dose people use for blood thinning and heart health. Is there anything else I can help with?

i found in my brothers room small black pills. they are round and have no markings on them. what are they? they were in an oxycodone bottle, but i think they may be a different type of pill. i'm not sure if it really is oxycodone or if he took those from somewhere and put it in a pill bottle he already had because he has pill bottles all over the place! ## If there are no markings at all I would think that they are either a vitamin or a compounded medication. Either way you wont know for sure what it is. ## Just to add some clarification.... The found pills were most likely some type of over the counter product. The reason I say this is due to the fact that prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have imprints on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency. An...

Pharmacist and web sites can't identify ## The reason they can't identify it is because this is an over the counter product, so it is not listed in the drug imprint databases. It contains 500mgs of Aspirin, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Side effects may include: nausea, stomach irritation, headache and drowsiness. More details: Are there any other questions?

Found this pill randomly, and just was wondering what it is...i have tried checking google and pill identifier website...no luck...it has an S on one side and 50 on the other, written in black, the pill itself is pinkish,orangeish....and the S looks like the S on skittles packages,if that helps, lol. Its in block letters,or bubble or whatever its called, but only the ''s'' not the 50 on the other side.....any help would be great thanks! :) ## Okay, I actually had to pull out my pack of Skittles and check! LOL Anyway, on to the question at hand, I can't find a listing for this in any of our prescription drug resources, either. However, these databases only list medications that are available by prescription, in the U.S. Therefore, it is very likely that it is something avai...

What is it what is out used for ## Hello, Black! How are you? Can you please double check the imprint? I can't find anything that matches this description. Where was it found? If it's an over the counter product, some of them are regional, so that may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Pill is worn, can only make out the last number which is 4. there appears to be a couple characters/numbers before the 4. Can not make out anything on reverse side. no imprints or scores. only the black type number/lettering. ## It's rather hard, without knowing the complete imprint, however, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## It's white round with a black 4 on it ## Hmmm, seems likely to be a Glipizide tablet manufactured by Zydus (NDC 68382-0337). Does it look like the following image? More: DailyMed ## What dose is this glipizide pill? 5mg or 10mg ## It's reportedly 10mg

Wondering if anyone has any idea what type of medication this is? ## Hello, The closest match I could find has the imprint 013 on a white oval shaped pill; which has been identified as Loratadine-D 12 hour (5mg/120 mg). This is an antihistamine drug primarily used in the treatment of hay fever. NOTE: I could not find a photo of the pill, so at this time there's nothing to determine whether or not the lettering was black on this oval pill. Manufacturer: Perrigo (formerly Clay-Park Laboratories Inc) Do you ever recall using an antihistamine-type medication?

Large round pill in either pink or yellow with "AS" in black lettering ## Hello, Snowgrl! How are you? Anyone? Found this in the kitchen cupboard. Its small, round, brownish rusty colored with a 13 printed in black on one side. Blank on the other side. ## @blah, Based on your description the closest thing I'm finding is a 50MG Amitriptyline hydrochloride tablet, used for treating depression, anxiety, as well as a number of other conditions. Unfortunately I haven't come across any photos of the pill online, so I'm unable to verfity the color of the imprint/ink being used. However it's description reports a round brown pill that has " I3 " marked on one side and is blank on the other side. Additionally, the manufacturer is listed as Accord Healthcare. Does this sound like it could be a possible match?
