I Have extreme high Tryglycerites levels 940. Went to a Lipids clinic(when they tested down to 360 for some reason) and they said it wasn't lifestyle but heredity. I have been taking Fenofibrate for 30 days now and have developed a sharp pain in my upper right abdomen. Is this a concern????? ## Hello, Shane! How are you? My doctor prescribed Purbac for acne and I have a sharp pain on my right abdomen is this one of the side effects or another problem? ## Hello, Onnica! How are you feeling? It is difficult to say, this antibiotic can sometimes cause that as a side effect, but you should have it checked out, to be sure. The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

OK I am not sure what to do. I have been complaining for months regarding hypersensitive skin on my abdomen. The Doc has been no help and has guessed several different things. Now there are visible lumps, one on the left and one on the right. I've done an Ultrasound which was inconclusive. I have a CT Scan scheduled, but wanted to ask if anyone has ever experienced anything like this? I have been on Morphine & Oxycodone for years relating to back and neck injuries. My mother is experiencing pain in the upper abdomen from the center to the right side. A recent ultrasound indicated gall bladder stone (0.9 cm) CHOLELIHIASIS. Historically she has been treated for CA ovarian and completed her last cycle of chemo in august 2013. We recently saw her oncologist after the ultrasound and he prescribed meftal spas and razo D in the mean time. I wanted to ask if we can safely give her voveran 50 mg for instant pain relief. Well since last month am feeling slow pain in my lower abdomen... I consult with a physician and he suggested for Ultrasound as per report there was 3.4mm renal stone. i was suffering from typhoid from last 3 months. i test my blood. and found that was postive. i took medicine for 3 time . but widal test still positive, 1:160, H1:80. than my doctor suggest me to liver test result was serum bilirubin 1.76mg/dl conjugated(D, bilirubin) 0.84 and SGPT/ALT 47 and other was normal. In 2015 while pregnant with twins I started having severe pain mid chest right below my bra line. I used to drink a lot of alcohol. One day felt a shooting pain under right ribs in the abdomen just for one second. There after a feeling of full stomach for two weeks. I took Heptral 400 one tablet and the symptoms disappeared. Since I am abroad, no diagnostics have been done.

I m male age 60. Suffered right lower abdomen pain at very close to lowest rib tip. But sometime OK and sometime the pain move from right to left. Some time I feel lower back mussel getting pain. Dr. gave me this Apo- 500. During treatment it is OK but no more medicine. I m sailing and far away from doctor. What is this disease. Is it due to wind or gastric.
