I have been taking 10/325 for years and my pharmacy filled this one with Rhodes pharmaceutical product. I have been taking now for 3 days. I have been sick to my stomach, neck, and jaw pain and it does not relief the pain it is prescribed for. Why could this be? ## Neck and jaw pain can be an indication of serious heart problems. Please do not ignore these symptoms. ## Hi Susan, According to NIH, "severe stomach pain" is listed as a side effect of Acetaminophen; whereas they recommend contacting your doctor immediately. [Note: nausea and vomiting are also on the same list] - Just mentioning this in case it's attributing to your "sick to the stomach" feeling... As far as the neck & jaw pain is concerned, I haven't found any specific details suggesting that it...

I used to take Watson percocet 10/325, until it was bought over by Activis. I have since been on Malinkridot (sp); which is not as effective, but ok. Now all of a sudden Ive been told that the only generic they will use/order is by Rhodes.... I cannot find any information on that brand, or why the change. i assume it is because of cost, but any information would be much appreciated. I am very sensitive to dyes, and gluten, and certain fillers. I would like to know who owns the Rhodes brand, and if Malinkridot is still being made? Also, how they compare as far as effectiveness. Thank you. ## Hello, Sestra! How are you? The Rhodes brand is own by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and it is normal for a pharmacy to change which generic they stock, depending on who was offering the cheapest price at t...

RP 7.5 - 325... Fake or not fake ??? ## Hello, Seesa! How are you? This is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Percocet. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## IS RP 10 325 A HYDROCODONE OR OXYCODONE? What kind is this ## Hey the pills with RP on one side and 10 325 on the other side are generic percocets containing 10mg of oxycodone and 325mg of acetaminophen. Hope this helps

Is the RP 10 325 pill comprised of layers on the RP side that start to peel off? The other side is fine and not peeling. ## Have you tried contacting the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) about this? Just for verification, the imprint implies that it's a generic Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg) tablet, with a National Drug Code of 42858-104. Unfortauntely, my findings only go so far as mentioning the list of inactive ingredients: Silicon Dioxide Magnesium Stearate Povidone K30 Crospovidone Corn Starch Stearic Acid Water However you can also view a photograph of it at: rhodespharma.com/products Judging from the image therein I'd speculate that it has some sort of coating with a mild glossy or matte finish.

White round with RP 10 325 imprinted on it - Is this a percocet? ## @Ricky, I've seen a white round pill with R P 30 listed as Oxycodone 30mgs. However the "10/325" (if it is confirmed to be part of the imprint on your pill) would generally signify the presence of Acetaminophen along with 10mgs of either Hydrocodone or Oxycodone; but this remains to be verified. Now the RP imprint I know stands for "Rhodes Pharmaceuticals", so one thing you could do is contact them directly for more specific details on the tablet description/identity. Their main phone number is listed as (401) 262-9200; or you can also try reaching customer service at 888-827-0616. I hope this helps! ## I have round white pill with RP 10 on it. Is this the same thing? ## Yes it is oxycodone 10/325. N...

I got a report to read from the FDA sent from the DEA on generic Percocet from a friend's family member that works for the FDA. The report said that in their discussions they came up with a plan to stop people from dying from overdoses & addiction. Said Generic Percocet is the most abused medicine on the market. They have in place a 20% tolerance on generic pain medication and they deemed this wasn't helping the abuse of Percocet. People have been complaining in the thousands about Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and others not putting the correct amount of opioid in generic Percocet plus it seems to be making people sick. In the report not only are they decreasing the 20%, but also adding 50% to the 20% so you're getting 70% less of the active ingredient in Rhodes/Purdue Pharmac...

My wife has been on generic Percocet for a number of years and she has always gotten a good response from the drug manufactured by Actavis Elizibeth LLC (oval shape with letters A3333). However, recently we purchased her medication from CVS pharmacy, which happened to be manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (round shape, letters RH on one side and 10/325 on the other). She immediately started to complain that this drug did not have the efficacy of that manufactured by Actavis. Since she had been on this drug for so long, I initially thought her response to the drug may have been due to her body becoming adapted to the oxycodone itself. I happened to have a few of the Actavis pills and used them to supplement the Rhodes pills as an experiment. She reported that there definitely was a d...

What pill is this, I have been prescribed percocet in the past but never had this number imprinted. Can you tell me if the formulary might have changed? ## This tablet is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, which creates market competition to help keep prices down. Which one your pharmacy may carry, at any given time, depends on what company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. I have a white pill with 30 on one side, and scored on the other with R above and P below. I'm told its percocet??? Is it,? ## Hello, Dena! How are you? Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. However, the pill in question is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as only containing 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. R and P on one side with a break bar in the middle. The othe side says 30. Round and white. The size of a Percocet. What is it? ## @Neutron, A white round pill with "R P" on one side and "30" on the other is reportedly identified as a 30mg Oxycodone hydrochloride tablet, used for moderate to severe pain. For verification, it is listed as being manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (hence the R P). I haven't actually seen a photograph of the pill to know how the score line is placed, but the description itself matches yours and seems like the only feasible explanation I could find. Any thoughts on this?

Can someone please tell me what this round white pill is that has R/P and 5 on the other side? I know it's a 5mg Percocet but I don't know if it's extended release or quick release? The tablet in question, however, is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Hello. I was just given a refill of 5-325 Oxycodone/Acetaminophen (Percocet). These pills are much smaller than the large white pills I normally take (8 yrs). These new pills have RP on one side. So far I have taken 2 and they don't feel as strong as what I'm used to. Can anyone comment if in fact this is a good generic or should I avoid getting them in the future? ## Hi Tom, I can't say for sure whether or not their quality/potency is comparable to other manufacturers, but if they aren't as strong as what you're used to taking, one theory I had is that the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) may be using a different set of binders and fillers (inert ingredients) than their counterparts from other manufacturers. According to numerous patient reviews I'm seeing ...
