Rhodes Percocet 10

I take the Rhodes 10/325 percocet and they are better than actavis oh that don't help at all. Rhodes and Amneal I agree are weak compared to the old Watson's and Mallinckrodt, and Endocet, even Roxicet. What happened to those that did wonders I don't know. ## Hi Stevo, I think when it comes down to drug efficacy, we not only have to look at the active ingredients/dosages, but just as importantly, the binders and fillers which often change from manufacturer to manufacturer. So what happened to those drugs that did wonders? - Well, from my perspective drug companies probably did add various inert ingredients that somehow affect bioavailability or how well our body absorbs the "active" ingredients that are composed within all the fillers. It's hard to say if there i...

If I find out that the supposed oxycodone I am taking is anything other than what it should be, I will be contacting a money hungry attorney for I shall be extremely wealthy. ## I have the same issue with RP 10/325 - I went into withdrawals and took the Med back to Walmart pharmacy and the pharmacist said he's "had no other complaints and couldn't do anything for me". I now have Activas A 333 and they are taking awhile to kick in and I am just praying these awful feelings go away. Please let me know if you found out anything. ## Have either of you considered getting the tablet's contents analyzed by a lab in order to determine how much oxycodone/acetaminophen is really in there v.s. what they put on the label? Part of me wonders if these drug companies might be skimp...

I have been taking 10/325 for years and my pharmacy filled this one with Rhodes pharmaceutical product. I have been taking now for 3 days. I have been sick to my stomach, neck, and jaw pain and it does not relief the pain it is prescribed for. Why could this be? ## Neck and jaw pain can be an indication of serious heart problems. Please do not ignore these symptoms. ## Hi Susan, According to NIH, "severe stomach pain" is listed as a side effect of Acetaminophen; whereas they recommend contacting your doctor immediately. [Note: nausea and vomiting are also on the same list] - Just mentioning this in case it's attributing to your "sick to the stomach" feeling... As far as the neck & jaw pain is concerned, I haven't found any specific details suggesting that it...

Horrible experience with RP 10/325 generic for Percocet 10/325 prescribed by my Pain Mgt Dr. I got the prescription filled at Walmart a month ago. Since that time, I have been in withdrawals, with aching muscles, mostly in my shoulders and wrists, the pain I felt before going on any pain pills over 25 years ago, also the chills and sweating, just as if I were in complete withdrawal. I took the bottle to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist what was happening and he told me he has had no other complaints and couldn't do anything for me...okay, so my husband is now picking up my new monthly prescription at Walgreens, and the manufacturer is Actavis, which I believe is the old Watson and I am praying they will take away the withdrawal feelings. Has anyone else had this issue with the R...

RP 7.5 - 325... Fake or not fake ??? ## Hello, Seesa! How are you? This is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Percocet. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## IS RP 10 325 A HYDROCODONE OR OXYCODONE? What kind is this ## Hey the pills with RP on one side and 10 325 on the other side are generic percocets containing 10mg of oxycodone and 325mg of acetaminophen. Hope this helps

Is the RP 10 325 pill comprised of layers on the RP side that start to peel off? The other side is fine and not peeling. ## Have you tried contacting the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) about this? Just for verification, the imprint implies that it's a generic Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg) tablet, with a National Drug Code of 42858-104. Unfortauntely, my findings only go so far as mentioning the list of inactive ingredients: Silicon Dioxide Magnesium Stearate Povidone K30 Crospovidone Corn Starch Stearic Acid Water However you can also view a photograph of it at: rhodespharma.com/products Judging from the image therein I'd speculate that it has some sort of coating with a mild glossy or matte finish.

White round with RP 10 325 imprinted on it - Is this a percocet? ## @Ricky, I've seen a white round pill with R P 30 listed as Oxycodone 30mgs. However the "10/325" (if it is confirmed to be part of the imprint on your pill) would generally signify the presence of Acetaminophen along with 10mgs of either Hydrocodone or Oxycodone; but this remains to be verified. Now the RP imprint I know stands for "Rhodes Pharmaceuticals", so one thing you could do is contact them directly for more specific details on the tablet description/identity. Their main phone number is listed as (401) 262-9200; or you can also try reaching customer service at 888-827-0616. I hope this helps! ## I have round white pill with RP 10 on it. Is this the same thing? ## Yes it is oxycodone 10/325. N...

I used to take Watson percocet 10/325, until it was bought over by Activis. I have since been on Malinkridot (sp); which is not as effective, but ok. Now all of a sudden Ive been told that the only generic they will use/order is by Rhodes.... I cannot find any information on that brand, or why the change. i assume it is because of cost, but any information would be much appreciated. I am very sensitive to dyes, and gluten, and certain fillers. I would like to know who owns the Rhodes brand, and if Malinkridot is still being made? Also, how they compare as far as effectiveness. Thank you. ## Hello, Sestra! How are you? The Rhodes brand is own by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and it is normal for a pharmacy to change which generic they stock, depending on who was offering the cheapest price at t...

Can someone cause somebody in the FDA to check out this Rhodes pharmaceutical company? If the potency can vary by up to 10 to 20% what does that tell you? They're not all the same. I have had Rhodes for two days and they're pure garbage I don't know why the pharmacy changed who's paying who off but these are absolutely terrible. ## You have to file a complaint with the FDA just like I did. The more complaints the faster they'll stop forcing this crap on us! Not sure how many other people take the time to file with the FDA but we need a lot more, I'm sure. They were giving me headaches, causing dizziness, and weren't touching my pain. ## This is what I found out on the Rhodes Pharm Percocets: The 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets contain the equivale...

yes, my wife and I have percocet generic for many years. Being here in Florida seems always not available. There are some percocets out there not as good. I recently gotten mine with RP and 5 on the back. Guess new drug manufactor. They seem the same strength as I Got a 5 brand name from the hospital. my wife gets 10s and wonder are they as good as these RP 10 compare to a brand name that hospital uses. ## Im new here in utah and have always gotten the perc in oblang shape, as well now i was given the rp 10 325's and your right its not nearly as strong. The rp just stands for rhodes pharmacutical. ## Hello, Rick! How are you? The tablets with just an RP on one side and a 5 or 10 on the opposite are not Percocet. They only contain Oxycodone, with the number corresponding to the dosag...

I ran across these pain pills due to having severe chronic pain and after reading some of these comments i am shocked. I used to take the Watson brand of percocet and could not find another manufacturer that compared to them until i got the Rhodes brand. I would like to see other pharmacies carry them. I cant believe that im reading that ppl think they arent any good. I have one of the worst spinal problems in the world and stay in pain. Im thankful to have found this brand. ## Renee, It has nothing to do with the active ingredient oxycodone. Each generic drug differs in the binders used. Some folks are unable to tolerate these so the adverse effects stem more from that then the response to the oxycodone component ## To add some more information.... Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, ge...

Hello all, I've been issued Rhodes oxycodone 10/325 by CVS in Nashville and have had very bad reactions, some good reactions and sometimes no reactions at all from these pills. This is my first script of 120 pills and need some info on how to file a complaint to the FDA. I've taken these pills in the past (percodan, percocet) and never had to think twice whether or not they would ease my pain. With these I never know what I'm going to get. Sometimes I just feel awful with NO pain relief whatsoever. Sometimes they work fine and other times just barely. How can a company do business with such an unpredictable product? Needless to say I will be short, so add extreme anxiety as well. I've read others who share the same stories and believe me I feel for you. I've also mad...

Hello, First, let me start by saying that I am somewhat opiate naive. I am not in pain management and hopefully won't need to be. I've had scripts here and there for norco and percocet. It is the generic percocet, or more specifically the oxycodone, i'd like to discuss here. Over the past year i've had issues (such as a broken elbow, recurring kidney stones, and a staghorn lodged in my renal pelvis [kidney]), that have lead to several prescriptions for percocet from a total of 4 different manufacturers. Mallinckrodt 10/325, Amneal 7/325, Rhodes Pharmacy 10/325, and AuroBindo 10/325. I've read a lot of reviews about the aforementioned generic manufacturers. The majority of them have been negative especially for Rhodes. Mallinckrodt and AuroBindo are the only two that ...

My wife has been on generic Percocet for a number of years and she has always gotten a good response from the drug manufactured by Actavis Elizibeth LLC (oval shape with letters A3333). However, recently we purchased her medication from CVS pharmacy, which happened to be manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (round shape, letters RH on one side and 10/325 on the other). She immediately started to complain that this drug did not have the efficacy of that manufactured by Actavis. Since she had been on this drug for so long, I initially thought her response to the drug may have been due to her body becoming adapted to the oxycodone itself. I happened to have a few of the Actavis pills and used them to supplement the Rhodes pills as an experiment. She reported that there definitely was a d...

Are the 325 10 rp better than the a3333? ## I live in south Florida & these are the common 10mg Percocets I've come across. The RP's are not effective at all, and are weak. the A333's are DESCENT for pain relief, and personally are OK. I find the yellow circles with C230 are best besides the pink roxies or endocets. ## Yes the ingredients didn't make me sick, but I got zero relief w a 333, I'd give the rp a 6 /10, the Alvogen are 8/10, ... but I was in s. Fl I haven't seen the rp s sincemid 2016 ## According to the FDA, the inactive ingredients in these RP 10 325 pills by Rhodes are as follows: pregelatinized corn starch crospovidone povidone magnesium stearate colloidal silicon dioxide stearic acid Something else to keep in mind upon comparison with other ta...

What pill is this, I have been prescribed percocet in the past but never had this number imprinted. Can you tell me if the formulary might have changed? ## This tablet is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, which creates market competition to help keep prices down. Which one your pharmacy may carry, at any given time, depends on what company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. My Pharmacy just gave me the blue pill with the U23 on it and so far it seems to be working the same if not somewhat better than the smaller blue pills that I had prior. Seems lately that whatever type of Oxycodone I take is having an adverse effect on me and making me very tired after a few hours. I never had that problem before. ## I believe the U23 are manufactured by Aurobindo. I've had that manufacturer in percocet form and it wasn't the worst. It's acceptable and works for the pain but has more side effects than it should. It seems like all of the generics as of late are really lacking in efficacy. I recently got some Qualitest 10/325 percocet from CVS (had to ask for them otherwise they would have given me Rhodes). Qualitest got bought out by Endo who then got bought ...
