I sometimes take 1/2 tablet of 0.5 Klonopin for anxiety/asthma. I'm trying to start taking Respitrol which is homopathic for asthma. The asthma isn't the brocho-wheezing type but when it acts up, I need something to relax my breathing. If Respitrol doesn't work sometimes, can I take 1/2 tablet of Klonopin also. ## Have you consulted your doctor, or pharmacist? I had side effects from Respitrol. I helped with the tightness of asthma but gave me a strange headache/head sensations, almost like I had a bad hangover. My daughter is 47 and 3 years ago she had 2 strokes from complications after a major vascular surgery. The MRI done at the time also revealed she had already had 2 strokes before surgery. Her personality has changed so much from the strokes. She is very ill tempered, mean and hateful. It's affecting her entire family. She is aware of the change and will apologize, but very seldom.
