This cream is used for pain as an anti-inflammatory. The common name is Reme-DHP (alt sp. D-HP). It is compounded by my Pharmacist as a cream/lotion and I think it contains: Topiramate Celecoxib 200mg Gabapentin Duloxetine 60mg Lidoderm (Lidocaine) Ethyl Alcohol 190 proof I was wondering if it is also marketed under any other names? ## Hi Karen, thanks for sharing these details. I wanted to ask if you can verify that this compounded cream does in fact contain Topiramate? The other ingredients make sense since they are either a topical anesthetic or have secondary uses for neuropathic pain. But I'm not seeing any off label uses listed by the FDA or NIH of Topiramate for treating pain. I could very well be missing something. May I ask how you ended up getting this specific cream presc...
