It is used to treat depression, and anxiety. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? deep dull red tablet marked AA about 400mg size

From Thailand. As part of a three tablet mixture for urinary tract infection which included a small white tablet (150-200mg) marked DONAGAN which appears to be for asthma and an unmarked capsule (about 400mg) dark red both sides with dark reddish/brown powdery contents. Any info appreciated (for interest only as I won't be taking them - got a proper med from another shop)
