Got a prescription filled and it don't look the same.... what is it? It has 60 on one side and OP on the other, it is a redish color and is round. ## This is a new version of Oxycontin, manufactured to help prevent abuse, it is called Oxycontin OP. These new pills still indicate the dosage, this one is 60mgs, however, even if you try to abuse them by crushing, they will not release the dosage all at once, instead they retain their time release nature. I have a small red round pill that says ABC on one side and 60 on the other side. I was told it was 60 mg of Morphine. ## I believe the pill you are describing actually has the imprint ABG 60 and is more of an orangish color, since that is indeed Morphine 60 mg extended release from Watson pharmaceuticals. (NDC Code: 0591-3513). It has been discontinued as of writing this.

I picked up a generic refill for metformin. They have always been white. These are redish with a mavi or mav1 imprint on one side. Friend said got from his mom I told him not to trust and hope he does not take, He Thinks is a 60 OC But blank on both sides. Also his mom has type of cancer, maybe meds for that? ## I could see why your friend might've initially thought it was a 60mg OxyContin, but my opinion is that since there's no markings to verify anything, this could easily be anyone's best guess. The only honest way to identify it would be through a lab analysis or perhaps a even drug panel from the pharmacy. This process should at least help depict the drug class of whatever substance is being evaluated. Additionally, US prescription drugs are required by the FDA to bear an imprint... I found a new Dr. after dealing with another weak kneed PCP whom at first seemed a good choich as he took me over from a "pain doctor" that I went to for almost three years but was tired of the look down on you attitude they gave thier patients. I was on 50mcg of Fent patch every two days, 60qty 15mg roxicodone and 150qty 10/325 Norco. I was almost managable in daily life. The new PCP would not make any changes to address managing levels. What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer.
