it is a redish maroon color round pill with 12 on it what is it my 11 year old daughter said someone gave it to her ## I believe that what you may be looking at is a capital i and the number 2 and it contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand of Advil, used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
