I have round red pill with #44 112 on it that's used for nasal congestion. Does it have ibuprofen in it? ## No, Chain Drug Marketing lists this tablet as solely containing 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine. Aside from the numbers, what is the difference between Sudafed L432 and Sudafed 44 112? My pharmacist gave me a packet that describes the pills inside as being a "RED, ROUND-shaped TABLET imprinted with L432 on the front." BUT the pills I got had 44 over 112 instead of L432.
