I googled this pill but got more then one answer of what this is. ## Hi Jade, It took some major digging to find a match on this one, but my research indicates that a round white film-coated tablet with 20 on one side and a score line on the other is reportedly identified as Escitalopram oxalate (20mg). This medication is an antidepressant. So far I've only seen a single image of this pill throughout the entire internet, which leads me to believe that it is probably no longer being made in this specific form with these imprints. The vast majority of Escitalopram images signify that as well.
