I have myopathy (muscular dystrophy as said in muscle biopsy) but all types of deseases known to be present under MD are excluded (overruled). I have been using clopidogrel 75mg+aspirin 75 combination since last 21 months on my doctors advise.As such I do not have any problem with the drugs,and I am feeling much better now. I have been operated and CABG on LAD was done in the year 2000,and PTCA on LAD with stunt was done in 1999 which restenosed in six months.Another PTCA with stunt was done in Feb 2007 and I have no problem with that. Doctor advised medicine, SOMAZINA-500mg twice a day for my mother in law, 3 months back. This was prescribed along with other medication like Atorva, Deplatt, Betaloc, Rantac, after 3 consecutive brain strokes occured in 1 year time. I had a heart attack in 1996 and 2 stents were placed in RCA. Recently, after a routine checkup a medicated stent was placed in LAD on 10/5/2011 and among other medicines(Rantac 150, Prasita 10, Cardace H5, Metolar XR 25, Atorlip 10, Ecosprin 150) I was prescribed Nicorandil/Nicoduce 5 which used to give me a severe general headache. It has now been substituted by Angispan TR 2.6 mg to be taken at 10AM and 4PM. This medicine also gives me such a sever headache which mimics cluster headache sysmptoms and left temple area throbs and hurts like hell.
