red and yellow tablets with RAMX 500ON IT ## I am sorry, I cannot find a listing for anything with this marking in any of our resources. It is possible that it is something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I know this is years later, but that is an antibiotic - amoxicillin.

It has two colours red on one side and beige on the other
