Could you please explain why this medicine was prescribed to me in the first place if it doesn't help with general pain relief? ## Himani, this medicine is essentially used to counteract acidity. It contains Rebamipide and Domperidone, which aren't related to pain management. ## @himani, I found some information on a couple different medications that relate to the one you mentioned in your post. The first is "Rabesec" and contains the active ingredient Rabeprazole. The second is "Raberon- DSR" and also contains the active ingredient Rabeprazole sodium (20 mg) as well as Domperidone(30 mg).
