The pill is oblong and white with 86 on one side and 15 on the other side. Was told it was a muscle relaxer. ## Can you please double check the marking? I haven't found anything with that marking in our U.S. prescription drug resources. However, I found one that is close, it actually has a 93 on one side, which could be misunderstood if you were looking at it upside down and a 15 on the other, it contains 500mgs of the active ingredient Nabumetone, which is used to treat pain and inflammation. However I do have a few questions that may help narrow down future search efforts if you still happen to have the pill on hand: - Do you know what type of shape the pill is (round, oblong, etc)? - Is the letter "R" in a cursive-like font (similar to this "-R")? - Does the score line go all the way across the backside or does it stop half way on either side of the "-150-"? Hello. A friend has come across this medicine. We looked it up online and it does claim to be oxycodone 15. However, it has a bit of a different taste than usual. A bit of a sweeter taste really. I have read they are not instant release therefore maybe have more filler in them??? I cannot find very much on them and have never come across this particular looking pill before. There is, however, some confusion in your description of having an L on the other side. Which one is it ? M 15, or M L ? Hopefully what you have matches the image.
