Round white pill with H on top of 325 and blank on the back. I have looked everywhere online and cannot find out what this is. Thick white round pill, one side it says on the top half APO then a horizonal line under it and on the bottom half is says 325. The back side is smooth. Could this be oxycodone? ## Hello, Margherita! Cant find info anywhere round white pill with PRO 325 imprinted on one side, and blank on the other ## From what I have found, this is said to contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of regular strength Tylenol. I am not, however, 100% certain of this identification, since these aren't available in the U.S., so the best suggestion I can make is that you just dispose of it. Im guessing the strength of this pill is less than any over the counter Tylenol.. 325 vs 500 ## Actually, both of the doses you listed are over the counter strengths. The original Tylenol was 325mgs, the Extra Strength is 500mgs and there is a time released arthritis formulation that contains 650mgs. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. The 325mg dosage isn't purchased as often, anymore, so it's seen less frequently in most stores, but it is still available.
