I found small white pill with TEVA on one side and 1499 on other side. What is it ? ## @spook, I haven't come across any specific details on a Teva pill marked with 4199 or 1499. However one thing we know for sure is that Teva Pharmaceuticals is the alleged manufacturer. They have a large amount of pills with the word TEVA imprinted on one side and a three or four digit number on the other. So my guess is that they shouldn't have a problem determining whether the pill you have is really one of their own or a possible counterfeit depending on how you came about it. The number for Teva Pharmaceuticals is listed on their website as 888-838-2872. Perhaps you can try contacting them directly regarding this matter... If you do hear back from Teva would you also be so kind as to post y...

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. I found a bottle that the label is faded from being kept on the windowsill and was wondering what the pills were. They are small, white with a fancy V on one side and blank on the other. Any ideas?
