is this a real substitute for Norco/10/325 this does not seem to be as effective as Norco brand name. and costs three times more. Why? ## Is the marking possibly a 126? If so, then yes, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but there can be slight fluctuations in generic medications, so you may be getting a little less of the active ingredient than you were in the other tablets. Slipped and fell down five steps... injured neck, shoulders, back and lower back. Chiropractor (4 times so far = massage manual & electronic, light manipulation); Physical Therapy (1 time so far = vibrate massage and stretches); all preceded by MD exam (and x-rays to eliminate fractures) and prescription of Hydrocodone 5 325 (126). PT asks that I take neoproxin sodium (Aleve) regularly to build anti-inflammatory properties for next few weeks. Also suggests Flexerall at night for aiding rest. PT confident most pain, including lower left spasms (very painful, debilitating) will be alleviated and eliminated. Are we headed in right direction? ## Hello, Philip! How are you? I found an oblong orange pill marked with M 126 that was put in with my zantac 1mg. What is it used for? ## Is the marking possibly H 126? If so, the tablet is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 40mgs of Pantoprazole, which is also used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, but it is not the same as Zantac. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, and flatulence. Have you informed your pharmacy of this issue?

For chronic back pain, I been taking. 126 hydrocodone which makes me sleepy, ware. M 357 didnot. Would. 7.325 be as good as. M 357? My point is, 7.325 strong? ## Hello, London! How are you? How long have you been taking the ones with the 126 marking? They do have a lower amount of Acetaminophen in them, than the others that you were taking. Thus, your tiredness could actually be due to some slight withdrawal effects, since they aren't as potent and it may take a couple weeks for your body to adjust. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, if it is causing you a severe problem, then please consult your doctor as you may need a dosage adjustment. Is...

What is the difference between this and IP204 ## Hello, Rachel! How are you? The tablet with the 126 on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but the one with the IP 204 marking contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen. So the dosage is different. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have had RA since I was nine. I've been on EVERY RA medication you can think of . I've had hips replaced and revised as well as knee replacements and spine surgery. It's been tough but I'm a fighter. There is such a stigma for pain meds and I do understand why, it's just some of us use these medications as a way to actually live a semi normal productive life, and NOT for a "high" Anyway because of such a stigma I'm trying to wean off some of my pain meds but it's hard. QUESTION:...I am usually given the 7.5/750 pills but a doctor on call for my rheumatologist this week gave me the 5/325. IS THERE A BIG DIFFERENCE? The 5/325 (he didn't feel right giving me what my real dr. generally prescribes me)pill is small, white, oval, has the number 126 on ...

I have had 16 iron infusions one each week for the last 16 weeks. When I first started my Ferritin was 4 and Bind Cap 430 now my Ferritin is 126 with a Bind Cap 266. I start another 8 week round this week. I'm concerned that we are not finding out the real reason my iron is so low and however going up in some areas and clearly going down in other areas. The process is so frustrating I could just cry, then I quickly remind myself that it could be so much worse. I experiance chest/lung pain, back pain, #2s;( for a couple days then life is back to normal till the next week. I would like to know a diagnosis rather than you're Anemic... ## Hi, Alicia! Round light blue pill blank on one side and 555 on the top 126 on the bottom of the other side no score ## Hello, Todd! How are you? Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an identification for this, yet. They seem to be old tablets that are no longer manufactured, as from other posts I've found they were said to be found in the homes of elderly deceased relatives. Thus finding an ID may be a bit difficult. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## I found a few of these mixed in with some 10mg Dicyclomine Capsules after my mom died. This DOES NOT constitute a definite identification because I can't find them listed anywhere else either, but at least it's a place to start.

I have person on my case load who believes her doctor is giving her her Hydrocodone 10/ 325 and was explained she's getting a higher does than 5 because if her level of pain history. She showed me the pills the pills and the imprint was 126, white, scored in the back, oblong. I checked on the Internet and it said, she's getting 5/325, but the bottle said 10/325? Is this an error? ## Hello, ChubbyZ! How are you? It seems that there is an error somewhere, because you are correct on the dosage. However, I can't speak as to whether the pharmacy dispensed the wrong pills, or if they just misprinted the label on the prescription bottle. She'd need to get in touch with them to check. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side ef...

lt green m l26 ## What makes you think this is MS contin? I dont find that number/imprint 126 m anywhere. ## Yes, your post is slightly confusing, did you mean M 126, M L26, M and a score line and then 26, or what? Very hard to interpret. And just like nenene said, it is not necessarily MS Contin, I realize many people think that is what they M stands for, but the letters on pills are usually just a company logo and have nothing to do with the actual active drug in the pill. The FDA says that any prescription drugs legally sold, or imported into the US for sale, must have unique imprints for ID purposes, however what that imprint is, is entirely up to the company. So the imprint for each product they make will be different, and the dosage will also make the imprints different. There are...
