I was taking akt-4 for the last two months. Now doctor adviced me R-Cinex 600/300. As akt-4 contains 1 capsule and 3 tablets which is called 1 kit and has to be consumed 1 kit daily. Is R-Cinex 600/300 a kit or only one tablet is to be taken daily.? ## The same things happen to me which you are saying. Me too I have been taken this medication for three months but now I am alright.

I am a TB patient,earlier i was taking AKT-4 since 8 months. Now my doctor has advise me R-cinex 450mg capsule for 1 month. Is this R-cinex also for TB?, any side effects? ## R-Cinex contains the active ingredient Rifampicin it is an antibiotic and is one of the ones you were taking in the AKT-4. I continued R-cinex twice a day after meal. But every time after 2 hrs I felt like nausea, and even I vomitted everything I had. Is this symptoms says I have TB in uterus. I am 28 yrs old .I am taking R-cinex tablet for last 4 months. can i check my blood sugar level. Does it cause changes in the blood sugar range values? ## Hi, Did u check your sugar level. I am 29yrs old and when I checked my sugar level while I was using rcinex, my levels 2hrs after meal is 148. I wonder if its due to r cinex. I am 64 yrs. old and under treatment for Bone TB in Backbone R2, 3, and 4. I took AKT4 for six months and now taking R-Cinex 600 since 45 days,by mistake doctor told me to take 3 tablets daily. For two days I was feeling hungup type on head so took 2 tablets for 2 days. But left leg pain and ankle pain started. Now Doctor is saying to take 1 tab. Pls. Adv. how to stop pain and shall I skip med for few days? ## It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. My baby is 3 yrs old now and she is advised to take r-cinex kid for 1 month. My child is only 10kg. She gets a fever once a month and urine infection often. Does the above medicine help this situation or will it create any problems? ## I have been taking RCinex 450 from 8/10/2012 for the treatment of Tuberculosis of the brain. I am now a days suffering from acute trouble in urination. To help alleviate the problem, I was prescribed Percin tab-66 (1 tab) OD but the problem still persists. Is it a result of taking RCinex?

please explain the side effects of R Cinex E in more details as I am under treatment for TB IgM Ab since last year and can eat food properly due to acidity, gastic, do not feel like eating. So is this due to R cinex E? ## R-Cinex-E contains Isoniazide and Rifampin and yes, they both can cause some gastric irritation and issues. Learn more Isoniazid details here. Had rcinex for month during 2nd month of my pregnancy .is there any side effect to my unborn baby ?after baby is born does it need special kind of injection or something because I have taken rcinex .now I'm 4 months pregnant . ## R-Cinex contains the active ingredients Isoniazid and Rifampicin, which are usually used to treat TB infection. It actually hasn't been tested for being used during pregnancy, however, there would be a much greater risk if you had TB and didn't treat it properly, because that would endanger the lives of both you and your baby. Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns?

i started akt tablets from 25-11-2011.from march i have stopped combutol and pyrizine and taking r cinex and benadon. so how long i've to continue r cinex ## AKT doses varies with severity of illness. starting from 7 mnth to 1 yrs or sometimes even more. ethambutol doses can be adjusted by your doc but let your doc take the decision. as koch shows a relapse in many cases. get well soon

I was prescribed r cinex along with b12 capsule for tb in my lymph node near neck. On the third day after using r cinex, I had severe itching on my legs and had dry rash near inner thighs. I never experienced any rashes so this freaked me out. I used antifungal cream and rash was curer after a week. But itching continued till 3rd week of using r cinex. After a month I felt cold on the ball of right foot along with a throbbing sensation. After two months, I was scared of all the symptoms, so I checked my HB count and sugar levels. My HB count dropped from 11 to 10 and my sugar level was 148 at 2hrs after meal. I was shattered as I m just 29yrs old the reading puts me at prediabetic. I have stopped the medicine as I felt fine by then. But then I started having pins and needles in my hands...

I have been taking R Cinex Rifampin And Isoniazid Capsule U P S since last 67 days but I missed 1day dose,which doctor prescribe me for 180 day..can any one help me ..what should i do? shall I continue or stop the course or restart from day 1 ## What has your doctor advised? In this case, I have read where some doctors tell people to start over completely, if they miss a dosage, but other cases where just missing one doesn't seem to matter, so I am not really sure which to go by. I have osteomyelitis tb on my right foot. I have been taking R-cinex 600/300, benadon 40mg, veloz D, combutol 1000, and pyrazina 1500 for 1yr. Am i on the right track? Also, does R-cinex 600/300 mean that I should be taking 2 tabs to achieve a dosage of 600+300?

I have been taking combutol-1200 mg,pyrizine-2000mg and r cinex-600mg and benadon for past 2 month.Now all of a sudden doctor has told me to stop taking pyrizine and combutol completely and continue only taking R cinex and benadon.i am confused because other patients I know continue taking atleast combutol with R cinex.Could you tell me if this is okey coz i dont want to be medicine resistant.please reply ## same case as mine, different docs have different opinions, I had second opinion and doc says to continue combutol.
