R 349 Round Pill Percocet

I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and a degenerative disc, and a pinched nerve. Was prescribed this generic percocet 5/325 coupled with Diazepam 5mg. I have been used to Norco 10/325 for a while. Also some much stronger stuff I would rather not disclose. Concerning my dependency and pain level (usually at least a 5, 8.5 or 9 when it's bad) is this enough or am I just gonna OD on APAP to get any effect?
