R 180 Round Blue Pill

The pill has two shades of blue. On one half of the pill it has the letter "n" and on the other side it has the numbers "180". It's one of those pills that you break in half and pour out some powder or something. Do you have any idea what it is?

I was taking lortab 10/500 blue with Watson 540 stamped on the pill, taking four a day. My pain has worsened. Dr changed my meds to Oxycodone 10mg it's very small (pink with k56 on the pill). What's the difference? Got me taking 1 every 4 to 6 hours and 180 a month. Is that ok?
