My mother had these Domperidone prescribed to her by her gastroenterologist doctor. She has previously taken Reglan which caused her many problems with Parkinson-like symptoms about ten years ago. I was wondering if there is a good chance of her developing some of those symptoms again. Some of those symptoms from Reglan are finally starting to disappear. this pill just has R 713 marked on one side its oblong and white and has a split in the middle like a deep scoring. its not RX 713 just R 713 and the R looks almost like a P ## Hello, Thanks for providing the detailed description. I was able to locate the pill with these markings to be an extended release Isosorbide Mononitrate (30mg), oral tablet. The "R" that curves around like a "P" at the top is actually identified as a logo and not a letter; although I'm not exactly sure which company logo this figure represents. I know these are new soma generic called rising pharmaceuticals but are they as effective as say wallace? I got sun pharm. Generic last 2 times, from local walgreens all these, and they are trash, please don't ever accept these sun brand, they have only 3 nos. It is a yellow tablet, 9mm in diameter. One side is blank, the other has 0665 on top of the score and 1393 below it. Have found nothing concerning it on the web. ## Hello, Billy! How are you? The 0665 is used by Rugby on some of their products, but I can't find anything with 1393 on it. It makes me wonder if it's possibly an older medication that is no longer being manufactured. At least to my understanding it does not change the chemical structure of the ingredients and how your body uses them. Some people do agree that chewing a pill vs swallowing one could help it absorb quicker through your saliva.
