I have insomnia issues long term since APS related migraines etc.. Loved the Zolpidem 5mg pink caplets(oval) as could break even into 3 if it is 4 in the morning but am bouncing off rem sleep. My pharmacy no longer carries that brand but uses tiny 5 mg unbreakable white circular pills. The full 5 mg gives me that awful "hangover"How can I find a pharmacy that carries this 5 mg pink caplet?? How much is it? My insurance won't cover unless it is through their pharmacy. It is worth paying a little more if I can get by taking less & not wiping out the next day. ## Are you saying your previous brand you liked was Qualitest? Ive only ever used the 10mg so I dont know specifically what Qualitest 5 looks like. However, if it was Qualitest you had before and liked, you are out of...

can I take zolpidem with augmentin 875-125 ## I didn't find any interactions listed between these two medications, but you should double check this information to be sure. Learn more Zolpidem details here. Learn more Augmentin details here. Have they both been prescribed for you? ## I've used Qualitest zolpidem (no longer manufactured) while taking Augmentin, no problems. ## You shouldn't have any problems. I take Amoxicillin (close relative of Augmentin) and Zolpidem and no side effects. ## There are no drug to drug interactions between zolpidem tartrate and amoxicillin or amoxicillin/clavulanic acid;

I need to find a source for Zolpidem manufactured by Qualitest ## I just checked on the manufacturer's webpage and they do not have Zolpidem listed as one of their products. You can follow the link below for verification: The companies contact information is listed below: Email: [email protected] Phone: 800 444-4011 I would try emailing or calling them just to be sure if they haven't updated their product information yet. Their current product list states that the list only provides "some of our more popular items" and therefore may not reflect any other drugs they manufacture. Hope this helps! ## Zolpidem is just the generic term for "Ambien". This is a strong prescription sleep aid. ## have You found a pharmacy that carries this exact drug ..I too like this ...

So I did a little research on the Qualitest zolpidem discontinuation and it ends up being a typical corporate greed and consolidation story. Further proof of why we need regulation. Endo pharmaceuticals bought Qualitest last October under the guise of 'expanding their generic business' and with grandiose statements saying they would become when combined a top 5 company in generics. Less than 6 months after acquisition, they slashed the number of generics they offered dramatically under the new name Parr. Then, they layed off 750 workers in the former Qualitest plant in North Carolina and Alabama. This is where our Qualitest Zolpidem came from. Anybody by now who doesnt know that unfettered unregulated consolidations dont help ANYBODY is just lost. I mean they buy out the competi...

For many years Qualitest has furnished an excellent generic version of Ambien 10 mg. I have tried various other manufacturers ---Teva, Mylan and they do not work for me. I called Qualitest (now part of Endo and Par Pharma) --- customer service on 2/24/16 and they indicated that they are getting allot of inquiries and stopped producing it in Oct 2015, due to "inability to get certain ingredients." I find this bizarre. It was a great seller. My pharmacy also indicated that there is a posting that several other generic companies are also not shipping this product other than the 2 above. ## Hello, Chuck! How are you? Yes, that is correct, most manufactures have a shortage listed with no known date of availability. Shortages, such as this that say they can't get the relevant ingr...

what is the difference between zolpidem 10mg tab TEV verses zolpidem 10 mg QUA ## Only the company that has manufactured it, TEV stands for TEVA Pharmaceuticals and QUA stands for Qualitest. The dosage and medication, however, is the same, they both contain 10mgs of Zolpidem as the active ingredient, a generic for Ambien. Common side effects may inlude: nausea, drowsiness, hallucinations and short-term memory loss. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments? ## They may sound the same, but they are certainly NOT the same. My pharmacy has been trying to give me substitutions every month for about 6 months now. Most do not work on me. They have tried to pawn off purple ones, yellow ones, different white ones, etc. If you are lucky, they all may work for you. But not for me. The Torre...

Will this medication help with sleeping. ## Hello, Trish! How are you? A tablet with the marking 6468 V is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Zolpidem. The FDA classifies this as a sedative hypnotic that is approved for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Yes this little Peach tablet is Zolpidem I take these but I don't like them because I still wake up twice during the night and I'm Up by 4 a.m. and can't get back to sleep I used to take the same medication but in a small white tablet and I only needed half of one and I would sleep all night long I don't know if it's the manufacturer that makes him or not but this one is by Torrent. It is weaker than the small white tablet with the 6469/V on it. ## Ok so here's the deal. The old white 6469 pill you were on was the much beloved Qualitest Zolpidem. Damn near everybody loved that one to death. Sadly, they discontinued it about a year back, so you can never get it again. If it makes you feel any better, there is a whole contingent of us fellow Qualitest Missers mad a...

I found a half white oblong pill with one side ending in the number 65 and the other side ending with the number 6 ## Hi Puma, With only half a pill the other numbers could be anyone's best guess, but I did come across a couple pills that may be suspects: The first is a white oblong pill with 6469 on one side of the pill and a V on the back. If you were to cut it in half you'd have a 6 on one half and a 64 on the other half. It contains 10mgs of Zolpidem tartrate by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. The second is also a white oblong pill with M365 on one side and scored on the back. If this pill was divided you'd have 65 on one half and maybe half of an M on the other that could in some way or another be mistaken for a number depending what sort of condition the pill is in. It cont...
