I have half a pill with 25 on the front and v on the back its round and light orange in color ## Hello, Don! How are you? I can't be sure, without knowing the full imprint, but you may have found a tablet manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals that they list as containing 0.2mgs of Clonidine. It matches this description and the additional numbers on it would be 42. Clonidine is listed by the FDA as having quite a few medical uses, including sedation, treating ADHD and treating high blood pressure. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache. I'll keep looking and post back, if I find any other possibilities. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Found a small but not tiny round pill. It could be brown or possibly dark maroon. It has a V on the bottom of the pill and P 50 on the top. These are on the same side of the pill. I went to a different pharmacy because it was closer to my house. I asked for the mallinckrodt brand and she said she had it. When I got home I looked and it was qualitest. Now these pills make my heart flutter and skip a beat. My doctor won't give me another prescription until another month. I have severe pain so l have to take the qualitest brand hydrocodone 10-325. My pharmacy changed manufacturers of trazodone from Apo T150 to Qualitest brand. First problem is that it doesn't work. It took 3 hours to finally doze off, and 30 minutes later I woke up thinking I was choking, but actually had severe dry mouth and after 1/2 bottle of water it is getting a little better. Is this manufacturer change due to Medicare changes, or pharmacy (Walgreens) changes? I take Qualitest 10/500 pink hydrocodone. My pharmacy has told me that Qualitest will no longer be making this. I have tried other 10/500 pills to no avail. I changed pharmacies cause the pill police Rexall pharmacist in small town KS took it upon himself to make me come in twice a month for a 30 day script and even lied about it said the dr. prescribed em that way. I've been getting norco made by Qualitest for a few yrs. now. I was given Vicodin 1st but I had problems with sweats and head aches. The Dr. gave me Norco by Qualitest and they worked great. I've been on percocet generic 10 years and last 3 qualitest 10/325. It's the absolute best I've had. I will not accept others. I tried to take my rx back to walmart today but no qualitest so I went back to cvs. It's truly the best. I have taken hydro before and found Boca pharmaceutical out of Florida to be best. this brand doesn't seem to work as well as the sandoz brand of my bp med ## I got my prescription filled at the same pharmacy, etc. they switched from Sandoz to qualitest and I've developed a horrible body odor. I know it's from the drug as absolutely nothing else has changed, (soap, lotion, diet, etc) and I had the same thing happen once when I tried a certain brand of diet shake. as soon as I stopped using it, the odor went away. not sure what I can do with the 90 day supply or how I can get the Sandoz now. ## Reilly - eat yogurts 3 a day and 2 apples. My medicine has been changed from oxycodone 30 mg with opana 60mg to the oxy 30 with morpine sul 30 mg er** I was wondering will it work as well? ## Oxymorphone / Opana is quite a bit stronger than morphine, so unless your taking alot more morphine pills I can't see how it can. But maybe you will have a good reaction to it. What is the difference between qualitest brand Hydrocodone/Acet 10/325 with a V on one side and 36 01 on the other side of this yellow pill, as opposed to Mallinckrodt white pill with the same strength? i started 3 months ago taking teva's vicoprofen before having steroid injections (back and hip)...taking 2 daily split in half didn't want to be taking more than necessary to kill pain all was fine....pain wise.....injections did not last for me but a few weeks....most pain is back so began taking 1 a day split and went to my pcp for other problem and she talked to me about staying out of pain longer so gave me enough for 2 a day so i would be out of pain thru the night instead of just while at work until i got the needed hip replacement which will be a while for i am trying other things to possibly avoid one........got them filled and noticed immediately i wasn't getting relief like i was and here i am taking more.....third day i happened to have my reading glasses on when ...

I have been taking this for some time now. Recently, I have discovered that they must be counterfeit, because they don't work now. What has happened to the Qualitest brand?
