Difference in the pink oblong5114 and white oblong 5113? propo-n/apap tab 100/650 ## Based on my research I haven't found any differences between these two pills. The possible reason why they are different colors is most likely because they are manufactured/distributed by two companies. The pink pill can come from Qualitest Pharmaceuticals or by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and the white pill is only stated to be by Vintage Pharmaceuticals. Do you have any other quesitons or information to add? Please post back if you do...

oval pill whitetablet (qualitest) 1 every 4 hours ## The pill you have is a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate (650 mg - 100 mg). Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate is used to treat mild pain and is additionally an anti-tussive and local anesthetic. white oblong pill with #s 5113 and a funny looking v on one side and nothing on the other ## Pill Image The stylized V is the logo for the pharmaceutical company Vintage/Qualitest. This is Acetaminophen 650mgs and Propoxyphene 100mgs, a generic for Darvocet. ## I FOUND THIS PILL IN A BOTTLE OF PILLS FROM THE PHARMACY PRESCRIBED TO ONE OF MY PATIENTS IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS AND WS WONDERING WHAT T IS. ## Well, as I said, a generic for Darvocet, if that is what was in the bottle, then the chance it the pharmacy ran out of one brand, and had to use another to finish filling that prescription. If not, well I guess you had better have a chat with your patient.
