I've been on percocet generic 10 years and last 3 qualitest 10/325. It's the absolute best I've had. I will not accept others. I tried to take my rx back to walmart today but no qualitest so I went back to cvs. It's truly the best. I have taken hydro before and found Boca pharmaceutical out of Florida to be best. It was sold by walmart at the time. Both incredible good genetics as I researched both before I asked for them. First time they ordered them. Some will some will NOT say take what we have or go some place else. I always am made to feel like a dope addict when I get these filled. Although many have said one drug is the same as the other I find that Qualitest hydrocodone 10/325 seems to not affect me as far as making me drowsy and extremely tired. It does so help with the pain but it does not make me so I can not function. The other manufacturer Mallincor (spelling not right) their hydrocodone makes me so tired I have to literally go to bed. Strange I think that if two drugs are identical how can they have different effects to you. i have a severe back problem and go to a pain clinic for pain management. I use Qualitest Hydrocodone 10/500 (pink) for years for break through pain. I know they had to go to 10/325 but what I want to know is do they make the exact same pill except for the acetominaphen part. I have tried the white and I have tried the 10/500 Watson which is not blue but white and they just don't work. I just want the same makeup as the Qualitest that I have taken for years and even if the 2nd part is cut down I could add back a tylenol to it to get that 2nd part. I have insomnia issues long term since APS related migraines etc.. Loved the Zolpidem 5mg pink caplets(oval) as could break even into 3 if it is 4 in the morning but am bouncing off rem sleep. My pharmacy no longer carries that brand but uses tiny 5 mg unbreakable white circular pills. I've been on pain management for many years due to chronic pain from degenerative arthritis and fibromyalgia. Taking 10/325 Qualitest/Par that worked for pain with no side effects. Helping to live a quality life. Last month I was given Lupin white 10/325. Terrible side effects. Borderline migraines, anxiety, tightness, little pain relief, lack of hunger and crying in pain in the night. Called many pharmacies to try and find the yellow Norco meds that work, no luck. I take Qualitest 10/500 pink hydrocodone. My pharmacy has told me that Qualitest will no longer be making this. I have tried other 10/500 pills to no avail. I have had many Qualitest Hydrocodone 10/325, printed different. Right way is v, turn over3601, which is correct. Others , the V is upside down. Totally different printed pills. This should not be happening. I am concerned they are counterfeit pills. Happened to me twice now. NEVER use to have this problem. ## It's not counterfeit, it just has to do with the pharmacy ordering from a different soarse. Like meds from the V.A. are marked different. I went to a different pharmacy because it was closer to my house. I asked for the mallinckrodt brand and she said she had it. When I got home I looked and it was qualitest. Now these pills make my heart flutter and skip a beat. My doctor won't give me another prescription until another month. I have severe pain so l have to take the qualitest brand hydrocodone 10-325. My pharm just switched to the Rhodes 10/325 and I might as well be taking aspirin, except it makes me itch so bad and causes headaches and the sweats. I love the quailtest or the endo. I am calling my pharm in the morning to complain and see if they will be getting something else in. If not I'll be calling local pharms to find something else. I hate these. ## I agree 100 percent. I was getting the blue Watson Lortab 10/500 till they changed to the white ones, which do not help the pain at all. They did do something to the formula, it's not in my head. Today I found a pharmacy that has got the pink 10/500 made by Qualitist Pharm. which they took of the market back in Jan. Now they are back with 3600 on one side and a V on the other. I have taken many generic Percocet 10-325 made by different companies. Different size/shape/color. But these 4829 v seem to be stronger for some reason. Been taking pain meds for 30 years. So I know side effects are different sometimes. I have been light headed/anxious/hot/cold when I take 2. Don't have to often. But I usually stick with the every 4 hours regimen. This is the first time I have used this brand for my pain. Any suggestions? ## Has your doctor instructed you to take 2 of them? It is entirely normal to experience more side effects, if you raise your dosage. The FDA does list those as being normal side effects, you may also experience nausea, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Are you on any other medications? How often are you supposed to take them?
