Forgot what it is, not in original container. ## @Tadeus, I've yet to find a specific match to this pill, but I do have a feeling that its manufacturer is Barr (Teva) Pharmaceuticals USA. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information and to at least verify that it's something they actually make. There are other pills with similar imprints that come up under Barr (Teva) Pharma, so I think that may be our best clue to narrowing down some possibilities. Only have half of pill its oblong but flat top n bottom last number's are 012D 1/2 the pill is aprox. 1/2 inch its the color of spicy brown mustered. Oblong orange tablet G 88, scored between letter & numbers. Purchased at Wal-Mart. ## Was this something purchased over the counter or as a prescription? It is not turning up in any of our prescription medication resources. From the color, if I had to guess, I'd place it as a 200mg Ibuprofen, the store brand of Advil, they usually meet this description, or are a reddish color. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## It was purchased over the counter. The container it came in is white with an orange top, identical to the color of the tablet. I apparently took the label off the container thinking I'd remember what it was.

I found a pastel pink "ALIVE" pill, oblong in shape, in my "Centrum Silver" bottle. No other markings on the pill, just "ALIVE" in all caps. Is it the "Alive" nutritional supplement? ## I've tried search several times now for an image of them, but I haven't been able to find one. My guess would be that it is, because it is common for one plant to manufacture and package several similar products and they are both supplements. I found a half a white ooblong pill ending in va and has a 4 underneath the va. Blank on the other side. ## Hi Alika, Based on your description, the drug manufacturer sounds like it could potentially be Teva Pharmaceuticals who makes a variety of white oblong pills with the word TEVA (ending in VA) etched across one side, followed by a set of numbers. However, I have yet to come across any tablets in particular that strike me as being a clear possibility. I was taking Metformin 500MG (APOT). This brand is impossible for me to find. I now take Metformin 500MG (TEVA).
