In Mexico I am looking for B Complex vitamins. The only thing I can find is Tiamina, Piridoxina y Cianocobalamina. Hi, from last 3 months i have spotting befor 2-3 days of my periods. Thin discharge little brown or red in colour.n flow is not as usual. It reduced.
