That said, are there any markings on the tablets? It is the markings that enable us to identify them. Can anyone identify it? ## I think they were 30mgs, usually the 15s are blue and the 30s are purple for the ms contin extended release, I think the manufacturer is malincrockt, There are 54 262s and 54 252s so they're might be some difference. I think someone told you they were 20s - people on these forums can be rookies sometimes

purple pill ## Has anyone ever heard of Statex? I live in Canada and I take 25 mgs of statex which replaces my morphine. ## What are the markings on the pill in question? Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA warns that Morphine carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipation. Statex also contains the active ingredient Morphine.

I was put on metoprol tart 1/2 of 25mg once a day in the hospital after breaking out in a purple dot rash all over my trunk and extreme itch. The Dr in hospital said I was allergic to previous BP med's cardizemCD 180 once a day. Now rash is cleared up but still onmetoprolol tart. Payless says Mylan is no longer making this generic Sinemet cr 25/100 tab. I cannot use Sun manufacturing company. I need help. I take 1 purple pill that has 88 on one side and Mylan on the other every 3 hours. I am 83 with advanced Parkinson's. ## Have you spoken to your doctor about the problem? If so, what have they advised? I see that the brand name of the time released formulation has been discontinued, but there are several generic options available, including one manufactured by Alembic Pharmaceuticals that was approved in 2019. Why can't you take the one manufactured by Sun? The FDA lists the typical side effects of Sinemet as possibly including nausea, dizziness, confusion, hallucinations, depression, and strange dreams.
