The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, increased urination, dizziness, and hypotension. However, you really need to see a doctor to be sure what is causing your chest pains. That is the only way to know what is safe for you to take. Are you on any other medications? Have you been diagnosed with any medical conditions? How old are you?

However, a major symptom of angina usually includes chest pain, which is not something you listed among your symptoms. What you've listed, according to NIH reports, are symptoms of palpitations, which in most cases, are actually harmless and require no treatment. What type of doctor did y...

How are you doing? Dizziness is not usually a prominent symptom of anxiety. What type of doctor have you been consulting? Other side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, headache, frequent urination and hypotension. ## Gp prescribed the medication for me because I was complaining about heart palpitation ,and my bp was high but I have been struggling with this dizziness fo...
