Psychiatrist Xanax In Tulsa Ok

I am new to Tulsa and my PCP will not prescribe Xanax (but is not against me being on it). The psychiatrists with whom I have spoken with so far seem to not want to prescribe it at all two therapists with whom I have spoken confirmed that doctors in Tulsa are reluctant to prescribe. Does anyone know of a psychiatrist who will prescribe Xanax? I take it for anxiety and it helps me get through the day. I am on a relatively low dose of only 2mg per day and do not wish to raise that, only maintain my current level. Any help is appreciated. I have insurance. ## As you know 2 mg is certainly not a low dose. Reason being is that they are better trained in the types of medications that handle these problems and can "also" help you treat the underlying cause of your anxiety or depression, as opposed to temporarily covering up the feelings/emotions with medication.
