Hello thank you for stopping by. I have a problem with my index finger on my left hand. when i bend it there seems to be a small bump where the PIP joint is. It is a bit swollen, numb, bruised, and a bit stiff, but no pain. During my school day I remember playing soccer, and accidentally banging my fingers on the table. I don't think this is a fracture. When I bend my finger the small, hard "bump" protrudes out and stretches the skin. Is there any possibility of what this might be? Thank you. ## Sorry to hear about your finger. Unfortunately it is difficult to know what it is for sure without running any tests such as x-rays. When it comes to a joint, there are a lot of ways that you they can be injured, it could just be a piece of cartilage that has broken loose and moved o...

I get the common side effect of redness and skin irritation in application area when administering 4 pumps of Fortesta. If I reduce to 2 pumps AM and 2 pumps PM, I don't get the side effects. Question: Is my dosage still adequate or this ineffective for the prescribed problem of low testosterone? ## I would actually think that splitting the dose (the way you have been) is the most effective way to maintain elevated testosterone levels, since you're re-feeding it to your body at different times of the day. This would somewhat mimic an extended release effect in my opinion. I also believe that if you're not getting any of the side effects then that is a good thing. Your body is better able to utilize the hormone in smaller increments rather than having it overwhelmed with a fu...
