It's hard for me to get a good night's sleep. Can this vitamin help or what vitamin should I take to have a good night's sleep? I have been taking 160 propananol for a long time for anxiety and hogh blood pressure. The Dr has told me to half the dose as she thinks it is making me very tired. I am afraid of doing this although I have to as she has only prescribed the half dose. In hosptial a while back for something else the Specialist said this was an ' old fashioned ' drug. ## Scottish scientist and St. Andrews graduate James W. I take propan cap. every night before I sleep. I tried taking it after breakfast and I get so sleepy when at school. Propan improved my weight after 3 mos. I really gained weight, but is it good if I'm taking Cherifer pgm and propan at the same time? My BP is low mostly 90/60 and I take hard getting my sleep at night so most of the time I got my sleep very late. But if I take Propan Buclizine HCI multivitamins and minerals, I have a good sleep at night and good appetite but I feel asleep always at daytime. I just want to know the benefits and side effects of this vitamin. Hi. I suffered a brain injury 14 years ago and have since been through various meds to help control depression, anxiety and digestive issues. I ve been through several anti deppressant drugs like fluoxetine, zoloft, sertraline, citralopram and some others that i can't remember. I ve had adverse effects from all of them, my neurologist says it may not be direct depression but a chemical imbalance in my brain. My new gp said that as i ve had a bad reaction to the other mentioned pills that I should try propanalol 10mg 3 times daily to slow my heart down and therefore ease my anxiety. The 10mg propanalol gave me horrible nightmares and difficulty getting to sleep. I told the doctor and she proceeded to put me on 80mg slow release. what is this medicine used for? I think it's for pain, but not sure. ## Yes I use no Lyrica anymore, i sleep the whole day i have CRPS =RSD a very bad illness spread about my whole body with burningpain neuropatic pain, but i was very sick ana many with me in the netherlands from Lyrica, also Neurontin do not helped me, I use synthetic morphine/ buprophene. on a patch, 2 in four days !! It is succesfulley for me, now fentanyl =durogesic but Much Mineral Magnesium oxide 2500mg and TCA tryptizol= nerve pain and Propanolol = Inderal by migraine and 8 Paracetamol . No Lyrica , it is very bad and suffer with weightloosse and i walk now after this story- !hai, I forgot something very important for painpatients like me, but also bij depressions etc I meditate since 2002 and wirh the books ...

I was on paxil for about 20 years, I'm now 43...it just seemed to stop so we decided to try Wellbutrin. After the terrible paxil withdrawal finally ended I started to feel some energy and motivation but still quite anxious, very irritable and angered quickly. cry for no reason and some minor aches and pains...talked to Dr, at first they said try Ativan as a side help--didnt do much...ok then they say vistaril---thats fine if I want to sleep all day. now they are saying try propanolol (spelling)...I haven't tried it yet but this is my first full week 150mg twice a day wellbutrin and 3rd week total on the drug...I guess Im just looking for insight if this anxiety, irritability anger etc will pass...according to Dr it will but I'm losing my mind right now...it's so hard com...
