Does anyone else know what this is? ## I do not know for sure what it is either, the only clue I have is that there is a related discussion thread on this site titled , which describes the same pill. So is it Ibuprofen ? I can't say for sure just because the title says Ibuprofen in it. It's just another clue to this strange mystery. ## Not sure if its the same in america as it is in australia, but PN25 stamped on a a skyblue pill means its Phenergan. Phenergan is the name of the medication, but the medication is promethazine. You talk about it dissolving under the tongue. Are you sure you are not thinking about an antinausea medication called Zofran? I get it at the hospital all the time and they have a sublingual tablet that melts under the tongue, I dont believe Phenergan or promethazine does.
