Is Prolix (Prednisone) 20mg an effective dosage for severe psoriasis? If so, how long will it take to see improvement in my psoriasis? ## You should take it as instructed by your doctor, but it may take a few weeks, before you see any improvement. I have a 9 month old baby boy who weighs 10.5 kg. He had his first asthma attack since he was on his 6th month. His pediatrician prescribed him 1 nebule Salbutamol (Ventolin) and 1/2 nebule Budesonide (Asmavent) every 4 hours, Prednisone (Prolix) 2.5ml 2x a day, Pocaterol HCl (Meptin) 2.5ml 3x a day and Cefixime (Tergecef) 1.5ml 2x a day. Then I went for a second opinion from another pediatrician and she prescribed Ceterizine (Allerkid) 1ml before bedtime, Salbutamol-Ipratropium (Duavent) 1 nebule for every 6 hours, Erythromycin (ilosone) 2ml 3x a day and Montelukast (Kastair) 1 tablet before bedtime. I had a neighbor whose baby is also taking Montelukast for almost 2 years now. She said her son no longer had asthma attacks. My question is, is it okay for my baby to take Montelukast whi...
