hello my name is faisal and i am 29 years old,i used codiene based expectorants regularly for about four years(i was an opioids addict who took about 250 ml/day) now for about the last 1 and a half year,by gods mercy, somehow i stopped using opioids and since then i have been under withdrawal and the main effect beside the other effects was on my fertility(in).i have been married for the last 5 years and i am still issueless.motality, spermcount etc are all very low.PLEASE ADVISE ME :IS IT GOOD FOR ME TO DETOXICATE THE BODY FIRST AND THEN START TAKING PRODUCTIV M OR IT WOULD NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF I DID BOTH THE PROCEDURES AT THE SAME TIME?

Plz give me the detels of the productiv m tablet. My husband wanted to start this tablet is it good for him to increase sperm count ## Does a low sperm count have any effect on your relationship? ## Hello, Rani! How are you? It is just a nutritional supplement, Coenzyme Q10, which has been shown to sometimes help with male fertility issues. So, unless his doctor feels otherwise, there's no harm in his trying it. The U.S. FDA doesn't list this as having any other known side effects. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am disabled veteran with chronic pain, and after reading some of these, and knowing how terrible life was before I was prescribed both types, I just cannot believe, or understand "why" it is not treated with respect, and the beneficial results, it produces. I have been taking the same dosage except for a increase in the # of SR tablets per day, and some days, I still have pain, but not to the extent, I experienced for over 20 years trying to work and be a productive citizen. People, take as prescribed, or you do not need it. My life, is not pain free, but I am not in agony, anymore. I, have a profound respect for the medication, that changed my life. ## Hi PainMan, I think that these types of pain meds tend to carry a tarnished reputation simply because of the high amount of a...

Apparently it states that it allows most patients to return to a productive life in a matter of days and eliminates the need to spend months in hospitals or rehab programs. I have been on it 2 times a day for about 3 weeks. For the last 2 weeks I have had this constant non-productive cough. I do not smoke and I am not around smokers, Also I am 60 years old. Could this drug be the reason for this constant cough? After I cough for so long I get winded and have trouble breathing. I also have had some stomach and nausea but I am overweight and the good side is I have lost my gigantic appetite. Should I contact my physician and ask to go off because of the constant cough? I just want some suggestions I am not going to get anyone in trouble, I am responsible for my own health. I just wanted some additional feedback. It seems that doctors do not have the time to become an expert on all the medication so it is up to the patient to get information to take to the do...

Sinecod Forte contains the active ingredient Butamirate and is used to help treat cough. That said, there isn't a lot of information available in the U.S. on these medications, so I cannot really tell you much about using them together. Have you asked your doctor or pharmacist? ## Sinecod Forte Product Information What is Sinecod Forte (Butamirate Citrate) for? Sinecod Forte (Butamirate Citrate) is used to relieve dry (non-productive) cough. Dry cough may be caused by a recent viral infection, head cold or influenza (flu). I have had RA since I was nine. I've been on EVERY RA medication you can think of . I've had hips replaced and revised as well as knee replacements and spine surgery. It's been tough but I'm a fighter. There is such a stigma for pain meds and I do understand why, it's just some of us use these medications as a way to actually live a semi normal productive life, and NOT for a "high" Anyway because of such a stigma I'm trying to wean off some of my pain meds but it's hard. QUESTION:...I am usually given the 7.5/750 pills but a doctor on call for my rheumatologist this week gave me the 5/325. IS THERE A BIG DIFFERENCE? The 5/325 (he didn't feel right giving me what my real dr. generally prescribes me)pill is small, white, oval, has the number 126 on ...

I was given dilaudid a year ago for rotator cuff surgery. My physical therapy was an incredibly challenging recovery with pain meds required and the vicadin was not enough. I have some leftover 4 mg of the dilaudid. Theoretically, and statistically it is recommended to throw out all unused pain medications. I am mindful not to take it daily. I have no side effects and no desire to take it on a daily basis. I have tried clonapin and ativan for anxiety and they feel most helpful as a sleeping aid. With my occasional (2 to 4 times a week) one 4 mg dilaudid, I feel relaxed, calm and incredibly productive. But I also feel like maybe I am an addict (in denial) and need to check myself into a rehab. In all honestly I have tried anti-depressants and the anxiety meds listed above and dilaudid do...

I have been taking 120 mg of methadone for approximately 5 years. My husbands job transferred us from Florida to Louisiana where I found a pretty good pain doc. He is now running scared and wants to take me off of methadone. Methadone has given me a good quality of life; I am able to work and be a productive member of society. My doctor is unwilling or unable to assist me in finding a new doctor who will continue my meds. Oh yeah, I have been the route of blocks and injections and gotten little if any relief. I'm tired of being branded a drug seeker-I have years of medical records that back up my claims and verify the dosages that I've been on-what drug seekers have this kind of back up? I am looking for a Louisiana doctor, but am willing to travel (within reason of course). Ple...

Have been on 240 mg morphine sulphate per day for 6 yrs and of course is not doing as best as it used to for me to function in my daily life. I want to ask for a conversion to an oxycodone type med since I have been accumulated to that before..I have the back syndrome of HANDS OFF by every doc since 2004 to present. I need to keep myself on a productive path as I'm on now. What equivalent of oxycodone is at my present dose please? Thank you. ## Hello, River! How are you? Oxycodone is approximately 1 and a half times stronger than Morphine, so you'd only need 160mgs of it each day. Have you discussed the issue with your current doctor? How long has it been since you've taking Oxycodone? ## I just posted a link which gives information regarding what medication is equivalent to...

I took Hydrocodone for pain for several years and became very dependent. I have been going to a Methadone Clinic now for 2 years and it saved my life. I have led a productive life since. I take care of my parents and they both are bedbound. It is getting so hard for me to go to the clinic daily. Does anyone know of a private doctor in Fort Worth Texas that subscribes Methadone? Thank you for your help ## Have you considered a possible switch to Suboxone? It has been very successfully used to enable people to become completely drug free, rather than staying dependent on something, as often happens with Methadone. Treatment with it is also often done with a take home prescription, rather than always having to go to a clinic for a daily dose. You can check for a doctor in your area at the ...

I have been on different dosages of Norco/Vicodin for about 5 years, since I recovered from a serious illness. Over time, my doctors and I have tried an enormous amount of different combinations of drugs to relieve the chronic pain along with the other symptoms. I finally found a combination that works for me, however I'm having difficulty with doctors prescribing the hydrocodone acetaminophen 10-325. Is this because of the rise in illegal sales of the drug? I used to be on 4 a day and now with the Lyrica and low dose Voltaren, 2 a day works excellent. I haven't been this productive, or felt even remotely useful for so long. Are there any substitutes equivalent to the Norco, or even close that doctors aren't so hesitant to prescribe? ## Hello, Jo! How are you? Yes, new regul...
