Can I take night time cold and flu medicine with zolpidem and benzonatate ## Hello, Patricia! How are you? What medication do you wish to take? I'm sorry, but I am unable to answer your question, without more precise details. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! Generally, since the Zolpidem is used to treat insomnia, you most likely shouldn't mix it with any other medication that is used similarly, so it depends what ingredients are in it. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Zolpidem as possibly including nausea, dizziness, next day hangover-like effects and hallucinations.

Where is it possible to have a list of prescription drugs approved for sale in India other than schedule X, H and G drugs ## To be honest, this is also something that we have difficulty finding. India does not appear to regulate and list all of their approved prescription medications and the classifications like many other countries do. It is even hard for us to identify many of their medications, because they don't keep a log of all the imprints. Is there a ministry of health that you can contact that might be able to help you?

I have had 2 panic attack episodes after taking prescription drugs. The first was after taking the second pill of erythromyacin and the most recent was after taking protonix. My anxiety lasts for very long periods of time. I would like to know if anyone else has had a problem with panic attacks or anxiety attacks while taking prescription medication. ## YES, I HAVE SUFFERED FROM ANXIETY & PANIC ATTACKS FOR YEARS.& I JUST LIKE YOU, IF I START A NEW MEDICATION I GET STRONG ANXIETY ATTACKS- THE REASON WHY- IN 1989 WHEN I WAS 3 MONTHS PREGNANT THE DOCTOR KNEW I WAS ALLERGIC TO 1 MEDICINE FOR NAUSEA & I GOT A SHOT OF ANOTHER MED HOWEVER IT WAS IN THE SAME FAMILY AS THE 1 I WAS ALLERGIC TO. I WAS ALREADY A PATIENT IN THE HOSPITAL DUE TO THE SEVERE MORNING SICKNESS, VERY DEHYDRATED...

I have frequest migraines that last several days. A nurse friend suggested I try Dilaudid. Is this something that is effective for migraines? And does it come in generic form? I have no insurance. Thank you. ## I have suffered from migraine's for over 30 years. Very,Very BAD ones. The only medicine that works for me is Fiorinal #3 ( pronounced : fear - in - nal # 3 - # 3 means with codeine ) as long as your not allergic to codeine. It's an old time remedy, but I've tried all the new stuff and nothing else works, This does. Try it and you will see for yourself. ## Oh forgot the Fiorinal # 3 does come in a generic, it's what I get. It REALLY will work. ## Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, it is a very potent narcotic and, it is often the first choice i...

I don't drink or take any medications. No history of anxiety or depresion. Would chantix be relatively safe for me to use? ## Hello, John! How are you? It should be, but only your doctor can decide if it is appropriate for you to try. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks, Verwon. I'll ask him about it when he calls with my lipid results.

I have blisters on my tongue. I know that I am allergic to the atom sulfur as well as sulfa drugs. Do synthroid or trazodone contain sulfur? ## There are far too many to possibly list them all here. Synthroid, however, contains Levothyroxine and neither it, nor the Trazodone are sulfur based, to my knowledge, but you should check with your pharmacist to be sure, since I don't know what all the inactive ingredients may be. Are your doctor and pharmacist aware of your allergy? Can you post back with more information, such as the company that makes the Trazodone that you take, so I can check it for you? ## Does anyone know if I can use hydrocodone7.5 for break through pain. I am taking Oxycodone HCL 15mg for pain management but it's not holding my pain? ## Do the following meds con...

I have a friend that says she has prescription phobia difficulties. Is there such a thing or we talking about someone with a mental issue? ## Depending on how severe the fear of prescription drugs is, it could be considered a phobia. Wikipedia even has an entry and it's called pharmacophobia, so yes it can be a real thing. It goes on to say "Medication phobia, also known as pharmacophobia, is a fear of the use of pharmacological treatments. In severe, excessive and irrational, cases it may be a type of specific phobia. While lack of awareness by patient or doctor of adverse drug reactions can have serious consequences, having a phobia of medications can also have serious detrimental effects on patient health, for example refusal of necessary pharmacological interventions" Do...

What can happen if you take Seroquel and another prescription drug? Is it life treating? ## I have been taking seroquel for about 3 yrs now,I take other script meds with it,i have had no problems with anything i have took with it. ## It will actually depend on what other drugs you are taking, some drugs react badly and some don't. Your pharmacy usually checks this against your other prescriptions before filling your scrip for you. That is why you should never pharmacy hop, you should stick with the same pharmacy or pharmacy chain so everything you are taking is in the computer and they can check interactions of all of them. Also, if you post what else you are taking, I can run an interaction check for you and see if they are any adverse effects reported. ## Question to Verwon. Tegre...

Please help.. I have been on narcotics for chronic back pain for 19 years and just moved to VA. I need to find a good Dr. that is not afraid to continue with my meds. I take several different pain meds .Any help would be appreciated.. ## @"Comments Submitted"... Since you've written your question over three years ago, I'm not going to go into any of my history at this point. Where in VA are you located. I moved back here from MD in 2007 and had been seeing a PMDR in MD for over eight years. I did find one in VA last December, but had such a bad experience, by the grace of God I was able to get a PMDR close to home in the same office as my orthopedic surgeons. Just let me know if you've found one or not. ## I live in winston salem nc so if u live anywhere near Danvill...

Gabapentin 300 mg.cap, Protonix 40 mg.Tab., Amitiza 24 MCG cap, Zegerid 40-1100 Cap, MRI with Contrast ## Gabapentin aka neurontin controls seizures, assists with sleep. I take 800 each night with 12.5 zolpidem which is time released. Ive never slept so well. ## Of the medications you listed, Gabapentin, Protonix, and the contrast medium have all been known to have detrimental effects on the kidney, though such occurrences are very rare. How severe is it, and what treatment options has your doctor suggested? Do you have high blood pressure, or a cardiac condition?

Doctors will not write RX for this anymore. I am allergic to Vicodin, Codeine all sorts of pain meds. Soma always worked for me. I sit with extreme pain; nothing works all = depression; never had depression till whole body turned into pain. Real, overwhelming pain; can't sleep; cannot eat; nausea from pain. ## There are better muscle relaxers than Soma on the market. Many Doctors don't like prescribing Soma as they have had personal experience with this worthless medication. With that said I am lucky my doctor will prescribe it, he is a great man! ## There's too many interactions between Soma opiate drugs and benzodiazepines for doctors to prescribe them as they once were ## I have the exact problem if they won't prescribe soma than the key should have something that wor...

Im a 58 yr old woman. I'm bipolar, reclusive and my husband is an over the road trucker. 4 years ago i was put on Percocet 10/325. The dr missed a broken shoulder bone so i switched Drs who added MS Contin. I had rotator cuff surgery but within 3 months I went to bed at Thanksgiving and woke up at the hospital on Xmas. I had severe pneumonia - they induced the coma as my oxygen was mid 60s, and after 3 chest tubes failed, they had to go in and physically debride my lung. So besides shoulder to wrist pain I have phantom nerve pain over that scar. My dr told me the nerves cant connect. I don't take street drugs, nor seek drugs, but my vision is bad and my husband left a tablet in a dish by my chair which i thought was a Percocet and took it. Well, it wasn't. I knew i was going...

I need help finding a doctor in Michigan to prescribe me Methadone. Right now it is so hard and expensive, not to mention they are so hard to get they are around maybe once a month. I can't go to a clinic everyday does anyone know of a doctor that would prescribe by month or week? ## It sounds like you've been taking Methadone for some time now. Perhaps it's time you just stopped taking drugs?? Methadone doesn't need to be taken for a month to cure you of your addiction. My feelings are that you are now addicted to Methadone. That's probably why you have to buy it on the street. No doctor is going to pander to that. Get off the opiates - go through the withdrawals and get on with your life. (I did this myself before). ## It definitely sounds like you have a problem. ...

I attempted to use my Rx discount card at Wal-Mart pharmacy n they no longer accept it. I have applied within the state for Medicaid n still have not been accepted. I had to pay over $300.00 for my scripts, over half of what am used to paying for them...any help PLEASE!?!?! ## Hello, Kimmy! How are you doing? I am very sorry about how much you had to spend. Did you ask them? They should be able to let you know which ones they accept. Another alternative that may save you some money would be to get the Walgreen's card. It cost $25 a year, but when I used it, it did save me a lot more than what it cost. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
