Prescription Drug Pill 230 Yellow

8 Topics Found

We got a yellow round pill with 230 on it and really can't describe what's on the other side. ## Hello, Jen! How are you? No worries, I know exactly what you're talking about, it's actually an Asian C, which is a logo used by Alvogen on some of their prescription medications. The one with the number 230 on the opposite side is listed by them as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone. You can view the resource with the description of it at this reference NDC code 47781-230. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hello. For some reason when I take the yellow 230 oxycodone it always gives me a headache or severe back pain, but when I take the white RP 10 oxycodone they work just fine. Why is that? Is there an ingredient in it that I may be allergic to or something? ## I take the pink 10 mg and the last prescription I felt was that at Walgreens and it was this weird fat tablet that I’ve never seen before. It has an M on it but the manufacturer begin with an S, something is definitely wrong with it it gave me terrible stomach pain. I have stomach problems anyway but it gave me the worst stomach pain ever. I’m actually going to report it to the FDA medwatch but I think the pharmacist did. If not I’m going to. Somethings wrong with them.

My last 2 months of taking Alvogen 10/325 are turning faint yellow and look like they have been in water as the shape and medicine doesn't seem to be that effective. Can you tell me why the pill is changing its color and not effective as of 3 months ago? I may have been taking the Watson brand or some other brand. ## Hi Judy, Are you meaning to say that the new prescription is yellow when you get them filled or that the pills gradually turn yellow [perhaps through oxidation or other unknown causes] while you have them in your possession? If the latter, I think that is really strange and this is probably the first time I've heard of something like that happening to any pharmaceutical. If I were you I'd consider contacting the pharmacy who filled your prescription and ask them...

I read this information about the pills on here and people want to make you think your crazy about medicine you have been taking for years. Like I have been taking the WATSON brand Oxycodone 10/325 for years and 1 always worked. It was the only pain med I was taking. I get up in the morning and hurt so bad I would take 1 and with in 15 minutes I felt I could make it through the day. I always had some left over every month. On Jan 2014 I went to get my meds filled and all the sudden no one seems to have the WATSON brand so I got stuck with ACTAVIS brand pill A333 on it for the whole month of Jan I hurt so bad then in Feb I told my Dr when I got my Prescription he told me to try another pharmacy. I did and I got the ALVOGEN Pill Yellow 230 and the same thing. it worked a little better but...

was told they were 20 mg. percocet or oxycodone. That the 10mg. yellow Endocets was either discontinued or they are going to change the color to white but not available yet. This person was given 75- 20 mg. of this other pill, equivilent to the 10 mg. endos, he usually gets 150. but was given 75 of those 20 mgs. ## I'm sorry, but I'm somewhat confused by your post. I can't find any tablets with both 203 and 230 on it that are listed in any prescription drug database, including the listings for Oxycodone. Can you please post back and clarify? Like I said, I believe I am just misunderstanding your description of the imprint and would like to clear it up, so I know where to look. Thanks! ## round yellow pill with a V or an A on one side and the number 230 on the other side. ## ...

I usually receive Endocet when filling my prescriptions.
