It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, that is used to treat pain, swelling and fever. When it comes to taking any type of pain killer, there aren't really any that are better/safer than any other. I so do not get why u can buy Fioricet WITHOUT seeing a Dr. My best friend committed suicide last year. He had OVER 800 Fioricet pills on him when he died!!! To me this is UNACCEPTABLE. I have been prescribed Qualitest yellow 10/325 Norco for over a year now for my Fibromyalgia and only take one pill at night which has helped my pain level tremendously. Qualitest is the only manufacturer that has worked for me as I have tried a few others they just upset my stomach and give me headaches. I just recently picked up my new prescription and something is VERY wrong with this new prescription. Hi, I'm 17 years old and I'm taking 1 tablet of Ferrous Sulfate once a day. But I'm also taking 1 1/2 tablets of Predisone twice a day and along with multiple other dosages of other medicines.
