Adderall worked wonders when I first started it. Now, however, I find that after about 2 hours (the half-live of the more abundant dextroamphetamine, that I have a strong urge to take a nap. I switched to Adderall XR...and same problem. I believe over time these drugs (amphetamines) down-regulate dopamine to the point of Dopamine depletion. This is not simply opinion, but science showing this cogently. Browse scholar.google.com to search the medical journals. There is even research.....in its early stages, that amphetamine can, in --some-- individuals increase the speed of gene expression (ie genes express themselves faster) Bluntly stated: it ages you. I noticed within the first year of taking it my hair began turning white (im 23/m and other things that make sense with respect to chan...

Is xanor helpful for premature emissions? ## No, this medication is used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. If one is experiencing such a problem, they should consult a doctor in order to discover the cause and the proper solution. Is the man involved on any other medications?

I am suffering from premature ventricular beats as well as premature atrial beats. Also getting short chest pains, This happens all day on and off and is definitely exercise induced. Cardiologist keeps on saying nothing to worry about. I lost my husband 4 months ago and have been on Esperide for about 6 months. I have suffered from arrythmias before when not on Esperide but nothing half as bad as at present. Could this be drug induced? I also take Zanor SR ## Esperide contains the active ingredient Sulpiride, it is actually a type of antipsychotic used to treat Schizophrenia and major depressive disorder and yes, it has been known to cause heart rhythm problems, in some people. Have you consulted the prescribing doctor? It probably isn't the right medication for you to use and you m...

Hi. For my premature greying of hair and hair loss problem, I have been advised to take Follihair tablets once daily. Should I go ahead with it? If so, what are its possible side effects? ## Follihair is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains nutrients that can sometimes help slow or stop hair loss, if someone's hair loss issue has been caused by a deficiency in the vital nutrients it contains. However, if you hair loss has been caused by natural aging or genetics, this product will not change it. Some of the nutrients it contains are Biotin, Copper, Iron and Selenium, but there are a few others and I am unable to find a complete list. Learn more Vitamin details here. There is really nothing that will stop you from going gray, the only thing you can actually do the...

my patch keeps coming off prematurely. can you recommend a solution? ## You can buy Tegaderm at Walgreen's, it's an occlusive dressing and apply it over the patch and as long as you don't have adhesive allergies it should hold through showers, etc. until the next patch is needed. Sometimes happens, may ask doctor about changing brands, some do better than others, good luck. ## I had the same problem.Went to Walgreen's and purchased Nexcare (I believe that's the brand). It is a clear sticky cover which works keeping the patch on! Went swimming, showering & used the jacuzzi. At times it was difficult getting them off. Good luck. Judy ## The other posters are correct, sometimes something else is required to help keep them on, such as another adhesive product, or wat...

I took this drug in 1979 with my second child. My son was born 15 weeks premature and suffered many complications in the few months after. His lungs ruptured eight times, he had a whole in his heart and suffered bleeding to the brain. He is now 31 and is blind, suffers from cerebral palsy, mentally delayed. His blindness is due to the detachment of his optic nerve. I was told by acquaintances that his prematurity is a side effect from this drug. Is this true? ## I also took Benedictine in 1966 and 1971. My son was born 4 weeks premature and at 6 weeks of age was an asthmatic. At the age of 20 months he developed the Nephrotic Syndrome. This condition effects the autoimune system and he literally drowns in his own body fluid. At the age of 15 years it stopped due to mega doses of prednis...

That said, they are not, of course, proven to help, which is why they are not approved for this use in the U.S. under the FDA. So no, it is not supposed to help contro...
