I have LS straightening, osteophytes formation,annular tears with posterior herniation in L4,L5 and S1. have pain and burning sensation in LS region and in left leg,especially knee. Thyroid levels are normal but thyroid antibodies is 660 [ref range 20-60], Vit D3 levels are also insufficient. I have been advised thyronorm 25 OD, cal tablets, pregeb 75M BD. After 1 and half week of the intake, I am feeling extreme weakness in lower limb and in left side upper limb. I am having continuous tremors since yesterday. ## Have you consulted your doctor? It may be a side effect or reaction to either the Levothyroxine in the Thyronorm, or the Pregabalin/Methycobalamin in the Pregeb-M, however, it could also be due to several other causes, such as the low vitamin D, or some other medical condition...

how nerv up od works & when this medicine is pescribed to a petient ## why nerup od drug is priscribed to a paitent ## I'm using a capsule called once every night for knee pain called pregeb 75 in addition to nervup of nubness in my toes. Dear Sir, my mom was undergoing treatment. Doctor from Bangalore, India advices her to take pregabalin sustained release tablets †PREGEB OD 75 mg†from Torrent pharma and simvastatin tablets IP 20mg “SIMCARD20†from Cipla. But i am unable to find these two medicines in my locality(guwahati). please advice few alternate medicines from other manufacture.

I have been losing weight progressively over the last four years. All the parameters have been found to be normal. I am generally suffering from allergic gastritis. I was prescribed Caldikind for three months and I gained about 4 kgs. Subsequently, I was prescribed Zincovit and Pregeb-M-OD 75/1500. Weight kept increasing for about 2.5 months but subsequently I lost about two kgs. I have been put again on Caldikind Plus for the last about 20 days but there has been further loss of weight of about 3.5 kg. Shall be grateful for advice.
