Prednisone Methamphetamine

Will I fail a urine test because of prednisone 20 mg and 400 mg Acyclovir? The er said I have Bell's palsy. I got to take one in two days from now for probation. And if it fails there they take u to jail and give you a new charge for v o p. Please help. Thank you. Update 6/1/2016 12:35:20 PM: I failed a urine test for probation showing positive for methamphetamine. I have not taken anything other than silver sulfadiazine and something else that the e.r. gave me for Bells Palsy. ## I took a urine test at a homeless shelter. I had taken Prednisone for pain an had a positive for Marijuana. They also claimed I was positive for methamphetamine and I have not done that for 5 months. Can Prednisone cause me to be positive for methamphetamine?

Hi can anyone help? I got a positive drug test for 40 micro-grams of MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine) and 400 micrograms of methamphetamine. Someone suggested this may be due to my asthma inhaler and depression? Could this be true or have i been spiked? I'm going to loose my driver's licence and possibly go to jail plus fines. ;( I've never been arrested before let alone court sounds scary as hell. I was abruptly removed from my doctor of 7 medications, Xanax, Norco, Thryoid, Prednisone, Abuterol,Nebulizer abuterol, Htcz (waterpill)Clairtian-D 24 hr, she stated after i was off the meds a month and 1/2 by letter, that i had been removed and for me to go to the pharm to get a supply of withdrawl prednisone as it could cause me serious problems, however i was off meds nearing 2 months. I went in to the office 4 weeks prior to redo my scripts however wasnt able to UA for her. She had me come the next day i did i gave the UA. however she never got back to me for 4 almost weeks by letter , after i had heard from the triage nurse and my pharmisist i wasnt getting anything because my UA was POS Oxycodne and Amphetamine. Can Prednisone 20mg along with Zantac, and Sudafed and my inhaler [Ventolin HFA (albuterol sulfate) Inhalation Aerosol 90 mcg per actuation], cause a false positive in a urine screen for amphetamine and methamphetamine?

my medications are 800mg asacol 3x day,10mg prednisone,50 mg metoprolol,40 mg pantoprazole,25mg topiramate,talwin nx as needed,500mg ciprofloxacin hcl 2x day,10mg potassium,325mg ferrus sulfate,mucinex dm er 600-30mg 2x day ## i am allergic to pcn , cod , and sulfa ......am i able to take Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride 500 mg ? without causing an allergic reaction ## You can not be sure that you will NOT have an allergic reaction to any Antibiotic. However the one you are asking about is not in the Penicillin, Sulfa, or other family. ## Can Trazodone cause a false positive for Methamphetamine on a drug screen?
