How to gradually reduce 40mg daily dosage of deltacotril having taken this for 3 days. Unsure if GP said to reduce by 10mg or 20 mg daily. Thanks ## Hi, Ann! Calling your GP to check is never a bad idea. However, I doubt that it was a 20mg reduction, such tapering is usually done in 5 or 10mg increments, but you should definitely call them to check and be sure. Can someone take 10 mg of Prednisone then just stop or do you have to taper off? ## Just one tablet likely won't require a taper, but it's also not going to help you much, since that won't give it a chance to have much of a therapeutic effect in the body. I can't seem to find an inactive ingredients list for Omnacortil 10 mg dippersable tablets. Manufactured by macleods and have no luck getting in touch with them. Does anyone happen to know the inactive ingredients or how to find out? Also, the directions say disperse in glass of water, but says I can take by mouth as well. Can you split it in half and take 5mg by mouth normally swallowing it?
