She has completely changed personality wise. Very angry and mean spoken, just a complete 360 from her old self. She has been off of the drug for almost 18 months, but her attitude has not changed. I was prescribed 20 mg predizone for my hands. I started taking them yesterday. I only took one o at 4: 00 pm. Now its 6/3/17 at 8: 07 am. I have a headache. My question is, can I take one excedrine now and then at 4: 00 take my next dose of predizone.? ## Generally, the FDA recommends that you not take the Excedrin with Prednisone, due to the Aspirin in it and the fact that it can compound the gastrointestinal issues that both risk causing as side effects, such as nausea, bleeding, and ulcers. If your doctor approves, it might be better to just stick with Tylenol/Acetaminophen, while you are taking the prednisone. Is there anything else I can help with?

I started predizone 20 mg yesterday. Took 3 tabs in the early a m . Directions say 3 tabs for 3 days, then 2 tabs for 4 days ,then 1 tab for 4 days. Had a friend almost pass out this evening. She only had 2 drinks and we are in Olando. We called 911 and they said her blood pressure was low but the heart monitor didn't show a problem. She is 52 and takes predizone which she just changed her prescription. They didn't take her to the hospital. What would you suggest?? ## I suggest she consult her doctor to discover why it was low and she should avoid drinking alcohol in the meantime. I am prescribed 5mg morphine/statex pills, regularly for chronic kidney stones. I take no more than one and a half tablets per dose although I am allowed to take up to two tablets three times daily. On two occasions when my pain specialist tested my urine it did not show up although I took the meds the night before, he thinks I am not taking the medication as prescribed and this annoys me.
