Are there any markings on the tablet in question? For example, there is one that is oval, white and has the marking 93 on one side and 58 on the other, another that is oval, white ands the marking R 714 on it, an oblong white one with the making 7171 on one side and an M on the other, then a round, white one with WATSON on one side and 466 on the other. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

pain ## What are the side effects of Pramadol HcL 50 mg.? This was prescribed to my mother when she had hip surgery. Hasn't taken any in a long while and has been having hip & leg pain more recently. Pramadol - what is this drug? Is it the same as Tramadol? It was prescribed for neck pain and I am unfamiliar with it. ## Hi Betty, Unfortunately I haven't been able to locate any specific details on Pramadol that strike me as being legitimate. The only thing I found was a brief description from what appears to be an illegal web-based pharmacy stating that Pramadol was manufactured in India. That said, I'm leaning towards this being some sort of counterfeit; and am left without any way of knowing if it's actually Tramadol or not. But if a pill like this is real, it honestly shouldn't be so hard to verify such claims. When you can't find any information on a drug, that's one of the biggest red flags in my book... What are the possible side effects of pramadol? My mom recently started taking it. She's been operated on in her lumbar L4 and L5.
