Sir my father suffered from massive heart attack and had undergone angioplasty on 30th January 2013. now he is consuming Tazloc 20 tablet star press xl 50 1 tablet and ecosprin gold 20 1 tablet in a day recently a polyp hasbeen detected in his right nose.the e n t specialist has suggested to stop ecosprin gold 20 for at least 10 days in order to operate the polyp. in this case can ecosprin gold 20 be stopped for cardiac patient at this situation ## Hello, Sudipta! How are you? Ecosprin contains Aspirin, which is used in such cases for its blood thinning effect, so it does often need to be stopped for a period of time, before surgical procedures. However, with his heart condition, he should double check the safety of doing so with his regular doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

Dr. prescribed Megestrol 40mg twice daily to surpress my period (they are really heavy due to uterine polyps--haven't s heded removal yet). I had diarrhea every day for a week and trouble sleeping. Stopped taking the Megestrol because of the side effects. Has anyone else experienced this and did it eventually stop or do you just live with it? Not sure which is the lesser of two evils. ## Most side effects are transient and usually go away in about 4 to 5 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication, as reported by the NIH. When taking this medication, you may also experience nausea, headache and spotting. If it gets severe, you should inform your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

Where can I find H-86? I have tumors all over, Once they were pre-cancerous in my colon. I want to know where I can find this if the polyps keep returning or return cancerous. ## Get on cannabis oil its proven to work ## Hi Jan, Sorry to hear about your situation. In regards to H-86, that's actually just another term for "fermented wheat germ extract" **also commonly referred to as Avemar** that a phony company by the name of HSI (Health Science Institute) coined in their marketing campaign. Because HSI is widely thought to be a scam (see other related threads here for more details) I wouldn't recommend going through them at all. From what I could gather, Avemar and other similar brands can be found elsewhere without the headache of HSI getting involved. On one last note...

I just turned 50; been having terrible night sweats for past 3-5 years. Last year I had a uterine ablation/removal of polyps, so have not had my period for almost a year (yeah!). However I am probably periodically ovulating. More recently have been having waves of panic. My obgyn put me on estrogel (1pump at night) and prometrium 10 days ago. She said If I still have night sweats after 1 week, take 2 pumps of the estrogel. My question are 1) is it normal to have abdominal cramping on/off while taking estrogel? and if not, should I still increase to 2 pumps since the night sweats have not changed? 2) When I had my hormone levels checked last year my estradiol was 122; is this too high to be taking estrogel? I would appreciate any words of wisdom here. Thanks. ## Just curious. Did your ab...

whats it d prmanent solution of nasal congestion due tn polybs ## Hello, Uzma! How are you? Sorry about the problem you're having. The first step that has to be taken is discovering and resolving the cause of the allergies by getting proper treatment, be it with antihistamines or immunology. Next, the polyps need to be shrunk or removed. Steroid nasals sprays can help them shrink over time, or surgery can be done if they are very severe. What treatment has your doctor recommended?

United Healthcare mailed me (unsolicited) a finger prick test, saying it is to be "mailed back to UHC" in place of a colonoscopy. It does not ask for a stool sample like the normal kits. I called my primary care doctor and he said "blood work cannot tell if you have colon polyps". Seems more like invasive phishing for pre-existing conditions. I DM'd UNITED HEALTHCARE on TWITTER and they did NOT dispute this! I then tweeted it out to alert others to throw it in the garbage. They apologized for "your frustration" but they never denied that the test was a bald-faced lie. I threw the kit in the trash and my colonoscopy is in 2 days. I have a history on colon polyps so even the stool kit would not be for me. NEVER mail bloodwork to ANY insurance carrier. The trans...

Hello, I'm a 61yrs of age Scotsman and for the past 1.5yrs started getting severe breathlessness bouts. Especially, if I attempt exercise or go up any gradients such as steps or hills feeling like a goldfish out of water - so to speak. I had been taking Prednisolone in Thailand over the past ten years or so previous to my return to the UK. This steroid use because I had 3 nasal polyps’ removal operations in Thailand that where a complete and utter farce, lasting only 2 months tops on the first operation then less on both the latter ops. I started taking Prednisolone because I saw that they used these medications. Thus, before and after the ops to reduce my nasal polyps and to stop the secretion pouring down my nasal passages. Alas, not having done any groundwork on this drug f...
