They are in a little baggie I found. One is 7 mm and the other one is 8 mm . They are just plain white with a score line on one side and flat on the other. No markings ## Hi Jojo, I've seen white round pills that are scored with no other markings, that were thought to be generic Vicodin (Apap/Hydrocodone) 10/325 from Costa Rica. However there are a few discrepancies I'm seeing between your description and others: *The pill is not "flat", but rather "domed". *The pill is about 4mm thick and 1/2 an inch in diameter. Round White Pill Plain on one side. Scored in the center on the other side. M above the score Z below the score. ## Hello, Chris! How are you? Could you take another look and let me know if it's really a Z, or perhaps a 2, or a 5? I haven't been able to find anything that matched this description, so far. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Is it a controlled substance? ## Hi Mary, A round white pill with IP over 46 on one side and blank on the other, reportedly contains 10mgs of Cetirizine hydrochloride; an antihistamine used for allergies. round white tablet with AN 627 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## not much detail; just a med size white tab plain w/ no score on one side and other side says AN on top and below is 627. ## And to add an identification for anyone else looking, the tablet with the AN 627 marking contains 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is derived from an opiate, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause side effects similar to most narcotics, such nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. The pill is plain on one side and has an X on the other, like it could be cut into quarters. I can't figure out what it is. I take a lot of pills for various ailments and I'm trying to figure out if it's just one of my old generic prescriptions or something that my daughter left around. The pill is small and looks familiar but I can't seem to find just a plainly divided X pill. ## If it has no markings, other than the score line, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a very large number of over the counter items. Have you tried asking your daughter if she knows what it is? ## i have a circle off white pill thatvhas like a x going ...
