I just happened to buy a bottle of cheap vitamins. Glucosamine to be exact. It is an oblong pill with no markings or scoring. Hope this helps. ## Hi how big is it? Can you measure it please, Thank you ## Hello Nick, Thank you for sharing the information with the community. Just for your information vitamins and supplements do not have to be marked with an imprint like controlled medications do and thus there are bound to be many brands and types of supplements and vitamins that are white oblong pills with no imprint. In fact I have seen certain brands that use one color and shape for all of their vitamins and I can remember myself thinking, but how do they know if they accidentally switched the pills? Once again, thank you for taking the time out of your day to share this information. #...

I have two plain white oblong pills with no markings on them at all. What could they be? ## @Rwsgirl, Just curious, whereabouts did you get the pills from? Unfortunately there are a wide variety of things this could be due to how broad the description is. I have both calcium and magnesium tablets that share this same depiction. Not to mention the numerous other over-the-counter supplements, illicit drugs and foreign medications that don't require pill imprints like the FDA demands for pharmaceuticals here in the US. So I think once you determine their origin, then other pertinent details might also fall into place more easily... In the meantime I would probably contemplate getting these pills analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel just to have to added clarification as to what drug cat...

I found some small, oblong white pills and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They have no prints or scoring on either side, they are totally plain. If you lick them they taste sort of tangy, and bitter. Does anyone know what they are? I don't think they could be x because they are not round, and have no prints on them... ## If there are no imprints, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. It can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. Therefore, it is very likely that it is something available over the counter, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I believe your pill is Acetaminophen 325mg, Dextromethorphan 15mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, phenylephrine 5mg, which are active ingredients in Cold PE Severe Congestion, an OTC combo. #...

I got two white oblong tablets with no markings and was told they are 5 mg Hydrocodone. ## Not in the U.S. Under current law, the FDA requires all prescription medications that are available here to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for substances that are done by a compounding pharmacy, where they usually use plain capsules to contain oral medications. Thus, tablets with any markings are most likely an over the counter product, of some type, though there is a small chance they could be a foreign medication. Is there anything else I can help with? ## In Texas I receive n still do, hydrocodone with no name on them. I've tried every pharmacy in my general area....no one carries Watson anymore. They were bought out by anothe...

Oblong white pill with no markings on either side; between 1/2 - 3/4 long by 5/16 wide ## IF it has no markings, then it is not a U.S. prescription medication of any type. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. Where was it found/obtained? Was it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## It was given to me by a co-worker claiming it was some kind of tyl/codiene pill. Found it fishy due to no markings wondered if it was generic plain tylenol or possibly Tyl/cod from another country? Canada? ## I have found 2 white long pills that are blank one side and Tylenol ER on the other what are they? ## Yes --- the plain white round pills are Tylenol with codeine. There are no markings whatsoever on these pills. I just got a bunch of Tylenol #4's from a friend who said he go...

Oblong white pill. Side 'A' is split down the middle. On the right side of the split there is a triangle with no bottom that has a capital 'P' inside the triangle. On the left side of the pill there is the number 152. Side 'B' of the pill is plain. I was thinking it might be a generic version of a mucus relief medication, but I wanted to make sure. ## That is the Advanced Pharma logo that's used on their over the counter items, but I can't find any listing that confirms what this tablet contains. The main problem with identifying over the counter products is that they aren't required to log the imprints with the FDA, like prescriptions drugs. Learn more OTC drug details here. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## i have found a small lite tan or ...

Is it, in fact, 10/325??? ## i ran out of mu usuall watson big like oval bklue tens and i got this through a buddy.. is it in fact the same thing?? i dont want to take it if not ## Yes, this tablet is Hydrocodone 10mgs and Acetaminophen 325mgs. However, if you are running out early, then apparently your pain is not in control and rather than getting meds illegally from someone else, you should see your doctor to see what you can do to better treat your condition. ## I too have always taken the blue pill which is lortab 10/500..and recently I had to go to a different pharmacy and they gave me a white tablet..and it say M363 on one side the other is plain..they said it is the same as the ...
