I just happened to buy a bottle of cheap vitamins. Glucosamine to be exact. It is an oblong pill with no markings or scoring. Hope this helps. ## Hi how big is it? Can you measure it please, Thank you ## Hello Nick, Thank you for sharing the information with the community. Just for your information vitamins and supplements do not have to be marked with an imprint like controlled medications do and thus there are bound to be many brands and types of supplements and vitamins that are white oblong pills with no imprint. In fact I have seen certain brands that use one color and shape for all of their vitamins and I can remember myself thinking, but how do they know if they accidentally switched the pills? Once again, thank you for taking the time out of your day to share this information. #...

I found some small, oblong white pills and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They have no prints or scoring on either side, they are totally plain. If you lick them they taste sort of tangy, and bitter. Does anyone know what they are? I don't think they could be E because they are not round, and have no prints on them... ## I have some at the moment they are generic for Tylenol. Hope it helps... ## Actually, without a marking, it is very difficult to say what they are with any certainty. There are many over the counter items that meet this description, some are Acetaminophen, but not all. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. It can, however, be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings ...

I have two plain white oblong pills with no markings on them at all. What could they be? ## @Rwsgirl, Just curious, whereabouts did you get the pills from? Unfortunately there are a wide variety of things this could be due to how broad the description is. I have both calcium and magnesium tablets that share this same depiction. Not to mention the numerous other over-the-counter supplements, illicit drugs and foreign medications that don't require pill imprints like the FDA demands for pharmaceuticals here in the US. So I think once you determine their origin, then other pertinent details might also fall into place more easily... In the meantime I would probably contemplate getting these pills analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel just to have to added clarification as to what drug cat...

They are in a little baggie I found. One is 7 mm and the other one is 8 mm . They are just plain white with a score line on one side and flat on the other. No markings ## Hi Jojo, I've seen white round pills that are scored with no other markings, that were thought to be generic Vicodin (Apap/Hydrocodone) 10/325 from Costa Rica. However there are a few discrepancies I'm seeing between your description and others: *The pill is not "flat", but rather "domed". *The pill is about 4mm thick and 1/2 an inch in diameter. Personally, I doubt these contain Hydrocodone at all. And in the end it sounds like it may be best to just dispose of them safely. However, since there is no easy way to identify something without markings - the only other thing I'd suggest trying i...

Small white pill with G Z separated by the score down the middle on one side and plain scored on the back. I found this pill on my kitchen floor and I want to know if its one of my kids friends or completely innocent. I'm a nurse but don't recognise it. Help appreciated. ## I believe its innocent. I'm in Korea right now and have bronchitis and i was just looking for the same info as the doctor has given me this same G Z white round tablet. Since i dont speak korean i have been searching for info. So far, no luck. But i take it that the pill you found is innocent. If it was anything recreational they probably would have been a bit more careful with it lol. ## The research I've done leads me to believe that this pill may be from Canada, but I am not totally certain of that...

I found some small, oblong white pills and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They have no prints or scoring on either side, they are totally plain. If you lick them they taste sort of tangy, and bitter. Does anyone know what they are? I don't think they could be x because they are not round, and have no prints on them... ## If there are no imprints, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. It can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. Therefore, it is very likely that it is something available over the counter, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Round White Pill Plain on one side. Scored in the center on the other side. M above the score Z below the score. ## Hello, Chris! How are you? Could you take another look and let me know if it's really a Z, or perhaps a 2, or a 5? I haven't been able to find anything that matched this description, so far. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

One of my tablets has been changed from an oblong Orange coloured tablet with 40 on one side and plain on the other side to a white one and since my other medications are white I am having difficulty identifying it, it is White, oblong with D 4 on one side (has an indent between letters) and is plain on the other side, it could be my Cholesterol tablet.

white pill, 93-6 on one side, other side plain, the 93-6 looks to be printed in grey or light blue. ## white oval pill with light blue numbers.. 93-g ## The tablet with the 93-6 marking contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. This is a prescription only strength and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. You can learn more Naproxen details here. These pills are about 3 quarters of an inch, oblong, & scored down the middle. The '4' is on one side of the score and 'LC' on the other side of the score. The other side of the pill is unmarked. I found 2 of them cut in half in my pill cutter.

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I believe your pill is Acetaminophen 325mg, Dextromethorphan 15mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, phenylephrine 5mg, which are active ingredients in Cold PE Severe Congestion, an OTC combo. #...

Looking to find out what a long/ oval white tabley is with a weird E type symbol and 28 and nothing on the other side. it is not scored. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for this in our U.S. prescription drug resources. Where was it found? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I think that is Disulfiram (generic of Antabuse) 250 mg, manufactured and/or distributed by Rising and/or Sigma Pharmaceuticals. The weird E thingy is uppercase Greek letter sigma. In some reference sites it's indexed as "Logo 28" quoting from a product info sheet found on dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?id=46495 "HOW SUPPLIED: Disulfiram Tablets, USP: 250 mg - White, capsule shaped tablets debossed "Σ 28" on one side and plain on the other side. The pill is plain on one side and has an X on the other, like it could be cut into quarters. I can't figure out what it is. I take a lot of pills for various ailments and I'm trying to figure out if it's just one of my old generic prescriptions or something that my daughter left around. The pill is small and looks familiar but I can't seem to find just a plainly divided X pill. ## If it has no markings, other than the score line, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a very large number of over the counter items.
